Our distribution centre has recently faced an inconsistent supply of BIOFINITY TORIC lenses from one of our suppliers. As a result, they’ve had to switch suppliers for many orders, which has caused some additional delays. They’re working hard to ensure there are no further delays with the new supplier. However, some prescriptions-particularly those other than Axis 180-remain challenging, as they are out of stock and need to be made to order.
We can confirm that your order has been dispatched and is waiting for you to pick up from the self-collection point.

Piss poor service with 8 week delay & no goods received
Company charged from Singapore and hit with an international transaction fee unexpectedly. Ordered Toric lenses which advertised a 4-week lead time.... 6 weeks later I contact customer service who took days to reply with excuses that the warehouse hadn't received my lenses. Was told they would be despatched in another 3 days. Followed up again and they still took a week to respond with bullshit excuses of supplier delays. Week 8 I demanded a refund. Now have to order elsewhere and didn't get refunded the international transaction fee for an 'Australian website advertising everything in AUD.
Customer service was piss poor. Company is a scam!

Regarding the international transaction fee, you shouldn't receive any foreign exchange charge, though our head office is in Singapore. We're very sorry about this, and we would have refunded in case your credit card company had not refunded it.

3 months late!
Order took almost 3 months to be delivered. Multiple emails I had to send to find out what was happening. Then being told it’ll be dispatched this date, for it to never happen & be sent much later. Won’t be using again for contact lenses if I can help it!
