Took extremely long to send (2 months exactly).
Then I receive an email (on the week that I received my order) saying what I purchased was a discontinued item and they only had half my order ready.
I'm still waiting on my refund.

Unfortunately, your order item has been discontinued, and it was getting hard to source.
We have tried to receive it from the supplier for some time, but we could not get it to you in the end. This doesn't happen usually, but we are very sorry for not being able to contact you sooner.
Our records show that we have refunded to your credit card on 08/04/2025 and settled on 11/04/2025. It depends on the credit card company/bank how long it takes to show up.
If you will not be able to see the refund on your credit card statement in the near future, please check with your Credit card company/Bank with the reference number above.
