Freight time was longer than expected
The freight time was longer than I could ever have imagined.
I'll probably use this company again but don't recommend for anyone who needs their contact lenses any time soon.

We confirmed that your order was dispatched the next day you placed your order, unfortunately, the delivery took over a month for this order although it should take between 7 and 10 working days. We are very sorry that the AU Post's service was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control and will look into it to see if we can improve anything or your future orders.

As we informed you in our Dispatch Information email, we can not accept a claim for not receiving the order any later than 60 days after we shipped. We recommend you contact AU POST directly in this case as there is no information available anymore on the tracking page for us to see. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be advised that your order items are custom manufactured upon order confirmation. Some prescriptions may take up to 4 weeks (or longer in rare cases) to be dispatched as we explain on the product page.
Unfortunately, our distribution centre could not receive your order items sooner and it did take a lot longer to dispatch your order than we thought it would.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will look into it if we can improve our service for future customers.
