I was told delivery would be 4-6 weeks
I was told delivery would be 4-6 weeks, but it took 8-9 weeks for my lenses to arrive. I only received updates when I emailed. There were no updates initiated by quicklens

Although we have no power to control AU Post/Skynet operations, we work with them to make sure our customers will receive their parcels in a timely manner. We suggest you contact us if you encounter any issues with them in the future.
Regarding the international fees, you shouldn't receive any foreign
exchange charge though our head office is in Singapore when you order from our website. We're very sorry about this.
Could you possibly double-check with your Credit card company/payment service provider and get back to us at info@quicklens.com.au?
It might have been charged currency conversion charges from them.
We would be happy to assist you further.
Non existing customer service
Faulty account, I can not place an order. Customer service never responds to any enquiry, not on lenses nor on the faulty account. Do yourself a favour and frustration and stay away from this unprofessional lot
