I’ve just bought my first car from Quirks Garage - a used Land Rover Discovery Sport - and had great service from Chris from start to finish…. He was quiet , unassuming , and courteous , and not in the slightest bit pushy . I part-exchanged my old car as part of the deal , and it was all handled beautifully and easily….Dom was very knowledgeable about the optional ‘care’ extras , too… A great experience - and I’ve got a great car out of it , to boot ! Just to say that from day one Dom, Peter and Chris have been outstanding, having bought GC SRT I was unlucky that some warranty work was needed, electrical issues, the car was returned to Quirks at their request, from there the communication was perfect, regular updates until the work was completed, my car was presented back to me fully cleaned looking great.

The quality and presentation of their vehicles clearly reflect the highest standards, matched with excellent value. The whole experience purchasing my new car from the team was fantastic - They were really knowledgeable, they proactively communicated with me at every step of my purchase journey, they were really friendly and down to earth (no pushy sales tactics), and genuinely made me feel welcomed!

The car was exactly as described, no hidden surprises, and even called out a bit of scuffing on the wheels I hadn't noticed and offered to rectify it or reduce the price slightly to reflect it!

From Ryan picking me up from the train station, Pete, Bradley & Chris dealing with all my questions, and Dominic helping with the financials, it was a refreshingly positive dealer experience that left me feeling genuinely welcomed and appreciated! 10/10 chaps!

Having trawled many car dealerships across Essex, we finally closed a deal with Chris from Quirks Car Company, just outside Wickford. No pressure selling, if anything Chris was quite chilled and did not hassle us. We traded our 2014 5 Series for an Audi A4 Avant, in tip top condition. When collecting the car last saturday, the first thing Chris said was, "we have just seen a very small dent in one of the doors that was not there when you viewed it". He could have kept his head down hoping we did not see it. In stead, he offered for their 'detailing guy' to do a home visit and put it right. Having had company cars all my life, this is the second car I have purchased in three years.

Very impressed with both Chris and the team at Quirks. I will be back in three years for the next upgrade.

On arriving at Quirks last Saturday, to just see what cars were available and in stock, I was met by a very familiar face. Dominic, who I have know for over 10 years came out to greet me and instantly I knew I was in good hands.
After enquiring about a potential purchase, I sat down with Peter to discuss options and to arrange a test drive.
After having driven the car, I knew that it was the one that I wanted and then the process began. Dominic was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when explaining figures and options to purchase the vehicle.
The transaction was completed today, with Dominic once again providing step by step guidance and patience when completing the sale.
The vehicle was then handed over to me with all the relevant paperwork, a handshake, a smile and a thank you.
The overall experience at Quirks was second to none and I would highly recommend them when considering buying a car.
