Great experience from start to finish with Quirks.

After being let down somewhat by another UK dealer, Pete at Quirks was super helpful and made the process as easy as possible.

We travelled from the Isle of Man down to Essex. Were picked up at the train station (take note Stoneacre). And were then taken through the rest of the procedure quickly and efficiently.

Car is lovely, and the whole team at Quirks seem excellent. Will be keeping an eye on their stock when it comes to future purchases.

I believe this is my 6th or 7th purchase from QCC, no messing, highly professional as always, hence the reason I go back everytime! Chris is always a pleasure to deal with and the whole team are amazing. Thank you

Recently sold my BMW X3 back to Quirks after two years of trouble free motoring.
The sale was dealt with in such a friendly but also professional manner from my dealings with Ross and his colleague Dan who respectfully but thoroughly appraised the car whilst collecting from my home.Can highly recommend anyone to do the same whether looking to sell or buy a car from Quirks. If only all dealers/buyers were like this! If you want an easy and honest fair transaction give them a try.

Pete was excellent. He was very professional through out the process. From start to finish , I felt listened to the whole time.
The van I got was in pristine state. I would recommend QCC and use them again in the future.

Very Disappointing Experience

I would not recommend Quirks Car Company based on my recent experience. After agreeing to purchase a vehicle, I was told they would be fitting part-worn tyres, even though the car had failed its MOT.

I was promised a call back on three separate occasions, but no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no confidence in the company.

Horrendous experience. Paid a refundable £500 deposit on a Land Rover discovery which Pete explained over the phone I would not be disappointed and the car was in great condition.
After travelling over 3 hours to view the car I was very disappointed when I arrived to see the car was missing body parts and there was plenty of scrapes and scratches.
When I asked for my deposit back the manager/owner refused and turned very violent down the phone they even FORGED my signature to get out of returning by deposit. Luckily I know my rights and my bank got involved.

After several months of frustrated hair pulling in trying to find one, thanks to Quirk's, the perfect VW Campervan is now ours! We have visited the showroom at Wickford on several occasions and each time have been impressed with how friendly the whole team is; we have always been made to feel very welcome, so a big thank you to everyone there on site. But the biggest thanks goes to Ross Quirk for 1) his constant updates of new vehicles, for 2) not losing his patience with two fussy customers, and 3) for appreciating our need to make sure that the final decision was the right one for us. Overall our experience has been a very pleasant one, our new Campervan is stunning and a great final deal was worked out for us. We would definitely use Quirk's again, and a massive "thank you" goes to Ross from Mitch & Wend.

I recently bought a car from quirk’s and I can safely say how chuffed I am. This is the fourth car I have purchased from them over the years.
It was a breeze from start to finish, the car had 1 little teething problem with it and after one phone call the car was taken in sorted and returned within a day. 😳👍

I recently bought a Range Rover Sport from this company, and I can’t recommend Chris enough. He’s an excellent salesman who keeps his word. They even sorted a few marks on the car for free and offered a fantastic warranty package. The entire transaction was smooth, and they even delivered the car to me.

A pleasant car buying experience. Friendly, upfront & transparent information given throughout the process. A secondhand car that you'd think was new!

Will not deal with them again!
