Done my search on auto trader found the perfect car that I’ve been after. Made an enquiry and Billy Carne , general manager came straight back to me. Told him my requirement to change my budget. Finance was sorted within the hour and signed.
We agreed on everything and set a pick up date. The transaction was so smooth got to the showroom where there were 4 desks and staff and just listened to how they answer the phone and talk to customers and it was first class. Drinking my coffee Billy had every task labeled and ready to tick off. We swapped documents ownership taxed the car . Took in my part ex then he went down road to pick up my car from their valet shop.
This feels like a high end customer orientated business and I was feeling special and excited. My car pulls up and with my 2 keys new mot serviced and shining like a new penny I was ready to roll.
Every thing I need in a nice folder I was ready to make the drive home.
We ran through features on the car and I was away.
I have phones quirks more than 10 times from my initial enquiry to saying yes , paying deposit , setting pick up time asking other questions. Each time has been perfect. I can’t recommend Billy and the team enough and they will be the first place I look at when it comes to change but before that they are my friends and family’s recommend car shop where you get treated amazing . Give them a call , you won’t be disappointed

From the moment Charlie called me on a Saturday, I knew I was dealing with a quality business. He quoted me and we agreed on a price within hours. Dan came to pick the car up within the week and again great to deal with and really personable.
Customer service and treating customers with respect goes a long way and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and Quirks Car Company for selling or purchasing. In any other large branded dealership you are just a numberplate, these guys are the real deal and know what they’re talking about.

Unlike the Motorways and Webuyanycars of this world....Refreshing to find a person that is clear about what he will do, how he will do it, when he will do it with NO last minute suprises, tricks or sharp practice. Charlie and I spoke straight, agreed a price straight, both were able to be businesslike and more importantly both were able to virtually shake on a deal which didnt change. Naturally I would have liked more in terms of cash but dont we all? A nice job Charlie.

After completing the valuation information section on their website I was quickly contacted by Charlie who said he would review and get back to me the next day. That he did and quickly offered a price better than brand dealers and other online sites, which I accepted. Dan was sent to collect the car and once he had checked it, the money due was in my bank instantly. Once driven away had good after sales call.

Overall a very professional service from pleasant people and a business I would whole heartedly recommend to others.

I had a car to sell and decided to use Quirks car company as it was local and id heard good reviews. I dropped my car down to them on the Thursday and it was sold on the Saturday, shortly after that I received the funds for the sale. Id always used Autotrader to sell my cars but this time I felt a dealer would be more appropriate. Quirks returned me around £10k extra than I got offered trade, I wouldn't have got that much from a private sale. I Then started looking for a new car to buy and after my experience I of selling through Quirks I bought a new car. Again the service was faultless and they made me feel good about being a customer not like main dealers have become and never return your calls. The whole experience from finance agreement's to negotiating was a pleasure. I'd definitely be buying again form this company, was nice to see a family run business looking after their customers. Great experience from start to finish. Received a quick response and competitive quote for my Range Rover. Great communication throughout the process and very honourable on collection. Quoted price was honoured and no attempt to downgrade the price paid. Instant bank transfer received after the collector was happy with the condition and test drive. A pleasure to deal with and would recommend Quirks to any seller or buyer.

Absolute shocking customer service.
Had trouble with my Range Rover since the day I collected it.
“We promise to get it sorted”
Said the salesman Chris.
First time it went back he said we only need it for a day ended up 6 days.
Doesn’t want to communicate via email probably because it’s then in black and white.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris and everyone at Quirks. We went in to have a look and Chris patiently and expertly found all available options and we have bought a great car at a great price. We found Chris to be very honest and genuine and was the main reason we bought the car. He guided us through the finance agreement and was very transparent throughout. We would highly recommend Quirks and will be returning when we are ready to upgrade our other car.
