What an amazing company! They were on top of everything and got my machine done perfectly! I would recommend everyone to bring their UTV, Dirt bike or 4 wheeler to get worked on at R1!

Stiffer ride
While it did increase height by 2" front and back the ride is much stiffer than stock Polaris tender springs.
Adjustment on shocks are all around 3/8 of an inch from softest setting

The way they talked to me with respect…
The way they talked to me with respect and understanding . That alone is something you don’t find in 85 percent of business today. You people you employ make or break your business. Your managers made some very very good business decisions by hiring the bust people who show respect to your customers . That means every thing in building a great successful business today. Bad Communication and shipping
The first shipment I got was missing my whip lights and mounts. When I contacted R1, they told me they were on back order 2-3 weeks. This is 2 weeks in already at this point. No apology or anything.
So I wait for them to come in and now I’m missing the mounts for them. Once again, I contact R1 To be told the mounts are now on back order 2-3 weeks and they will ship them as soon as possible.
This was never mentioned the first time I talked to them, it was just whips that were back ordered.
Still no apology, our bad or anything. Really disappointed with how they have been so far

They seem to be a distribution company…
They seem to be a distribution company that sell other companies products. I bought tendor springs, not realizing they were all things utv tendor springs and I could have just bought them from all things utv for cheaper.
But the product is good, good instructions, as advertised, after purchase support was there for my questions. I have no product complaints so far, haven't rode machine very far since install.
