The website isn't easy. Perhaps it's that way so customers pay the £25 fee for an Advisor to sort it.

Instead, we have a dedicated webchat team who can support customers with queries and guidance through the online process.
We'd also like to clarify that all administration fees for making changes to an online policy are £15. These charges are not intended to encourage customers to use an advisor service, but to cover the administration involved in processing policy changes.

I have claims showing on the CUE…
I have claims showing on the CUE database, these are with Covea Insurance both of which have been proven no fault to me, RAC are stating that my premium will increase but the underwriters of this policy are Covea who supplied the document stating the claims were no fault. But the document from your own underwriters doesn't appear to be proof enough!
