Me and my family had a beautifully spiritual and enriched journey with Raheel Travels - they accommodated our every need and looked out for us constantly. We were in safe hands and the scholars that accompanied us were - Alhumdulillah - very knowledgable and very friendly. It really was a 10/10 experience and I would not hesitate to go with them again. From the moment I made my intention for Umrah with my family, Raheel Travels offered not just a service, but heartfelt companionship. Ml Muhammed’s responses were always timely, thoughtful, and filled with care. That consistency remained from our first message to our final farewell.

Our journey, initially planned for my husband and me, beautifully expanded to include our daughter — a sign of divine design. What began as Umrah became a path of spiritual healing and reconnection for the three of us. SubhanAllah.

Before travel, we attended an informative webinar covering rituals, expectations, and spiritual preparation. A female Mu’allimah was also designated to support the sisters — a thoughtful touch. Our welcome packs were incredibly useful: water bottles, umbrellas, tasbeeh, Umrah guides, e-tickets, train tickets, and more. The attention to detail behind the scenes did not go unnoticed — we truly felt cared for.

We joined the group two days later than planned, yet never felt excluded. Ml Muhammed checked in the day before, updated us throughout, and made sure we were informed at every step. We’ve travelled with other groups before, but Raheel Travels surpassed expectations even before we began.

Upon arrival, Hafeez Habib greeted us with patience, sorted our SIMs, and handed us water after a long journey — simple gestures that meant so much. At the luxurious Address Hotel in Makkah, a breakfast table awaited us. Shortly after, we performed Umrah with Ml Muhammed, who not only guided us logistically but helped set the right mindset — making every moment meaningful and spiritual.

Throughout the journey, Ml Muhammed, Hafeez, and Br Huzayfah consistently checked in, offering support and kindness even when visibly tired. Their sincerity left a lasting impact.

Madina was equally special. Ml Muhammed took us to send salaam upon arrival and reminded us of the sacredness of where we stood. It was deeply emotional. Our daily Seerah sessions in the courtyards of Masjid An-Nabawi were soul-stirring. My daughter whispered, “Mama, we might be sitting where our Nabi ﷺ once sat.” Truly, Madina felt different this time.

The Ziyarahs were insightful and included places we hadn’t seen in past travels. Because we joined late, we were blessed with two extra days in Makkah and performed Umrah again — guided once more by Ml Muhammed and Hafeez, with the same warmth and dedication.

Our final breakfast with them was bittersweet. Leaving the Haramain is always emotional, but this time, it was also the parting from leaders who had become like family. Their company, guidance, and khidmah reflected a sincere love for serving the guests of Allah.

This was by far the best experience we’ve had. The respect, detail, and care from Raheel Travels left a deep impression. We thank Allah for granting us this journey, and we thank Raheel Travels for making it exceptional.

I recently returned from performing Umrah in April with Raheel Travel Group, accompanied by my young son and elderly father, and I can truly say it was an unforgettable, beautiful experience from start to finish.

As a family with various health challenges – including my father’s bipolar disorder and severe anxiety – travelling could have been overwhelming. However, the kindness, patience, and attentiveness of the group leaders made all the difference. They were incredibly understanding, especially when my father needed frequent assistance and bathroom stops. Their care and compassion went above and beyond anything we expected.

The organisation of the trip was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully planned – from the excellent airline experience to the smooth Haramain train journey, and the fantastic hotels: The Address in Makkah and El Taqwa in Madinah, both offering comfort, luxury, and excellent proximity to the Haramain. These choices made such a difference, especially considering our health needs.

The Seerah talks delivered throughout the journey were deeply uplifting and spiritually enriching, bringing so much meaning to each place we visited. The itinerary was perfectly balanced between worship, learning, and rest. A special highlight was the extra visit to Badr, which was a deeply moving experience we will always treasure.

One particularly thoughtful touch was the daily check-ins from the group leaders, who made sure that my son, my father, and I were always okay and had everything we needed. The little extras provided, like contacts for trusted laundry services, nearby food options, and even advice about SIM cards on arrival, were incredibly helpful. They also guided us on using financial apps like Revolut and Wise for foreign currency – I used Revolut throughout the trip and will continue to do so for future travels, it was so easy and convenient.

I must also mention the dates contact arranged by the group – it was fantastic! They offered a great range at very reasonable prices, with a tasting session that made choosing so easy. Having them delivered straight to our hotel saved us so much time and confusion.

Adding to the positive experience, my cousin – who has been residing in Riyadh for the past 15 years – joined us for the last few days. She was genuinely impressed with the Ziyarahs and how well the group leaders had put everything together. She mentioned how most groups she’s seen usually just pick you up and drop you off, but Raheel Travel Group was phenomenal — providing luggage tags, umbrellas, backpacks, daily advice on what du’as and prayers to say at each step to maximise reward, and constant support throughout.

The support for female travellers was also exceptional. Advice and guidance for sisters were readily available through a dedicated sister on the group’s online chat, which was a great comfort and source of knowledge throughout.

If I could offer one small suggestion for future trips, it would be to guide pilgrims a little more on ways to give sadaqah while there. For example, near The Address hotel in Makkah, there’s a stall selling Qur’ans where you can pay to have them stamped and distributed as sadaqah. Wheelchairs can be donated at nearby pharmacies, and you can sponsor food packs that are distributed to pilgrims after each salah.

For shopping, a great tip is visiting the quieter shops in Madinah after the Saturday morning trip to Quba — prices are much more reasonable compared to the stores right by the Prophet’s Mosque.

Overall, I cannot recommend Raheel Travel Group enough for anyone considering Umrah. Their professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and sincere care for each pilgrim made this journey not only easy but truly life-changing. May Allah reward them abundantly for their tireless efforts.

We had the pleasure of joining Raheel group for their Ummrah tour this April. I’ve know Mollana Mohammad for some time and know him to be an outstanding individual. So when I decided to plan a trip for my family, Raheel group was the only options. I took 17 family members on this trip, age range from as little as 6 to 70+.
So the needs of our group varied across the 2 weeks we were there. I must say that Mollana Mohammed, Huzafa, Mollana Khalil and Hafiz Habeeb, were simply outstanding in the duty of care they provided us. Yes, they helped us complete our Ummrah’s step by step, but it’s the extra knowledge and experience that they provided that money doesn’t buy you. How they made sure that we all were looked after, checking in on us throughout the day, every day was a pleasure.
These men are terrific individuals and they will always have our blessings. Nothing we asked was too much and they always provided assistance regardless of the time of day or night.
I would throughly recommend that you use Raheel Group because for them, taking you to Ummrah isn’t a job or a chore it’s a privilege and it’s a duty that they perform admirably.
I would happily go Ummrah with Raheel group time and time again, inshallah Allah gives us the opportunity to see his beautiful land again, ameen ❤️

We have recently come back from performing Umrah and we had the most memorable experience with Raheel Travel.
From meeting at Heathrow airport, through the check in and to making sure we all were in the state of Ihraam before we got to Jeddah- they were guiding us the whole way.
They provided Umrah packs that came in handy during our time in Makkah and Madinah. Their thoughtful gestures of snack packs, sandwiches and ice cream treats were appreciated.
The first day of Umrah, my youngest daughter famously fainted. Raheel Travel group were there to take her aside and revive her. We want to especially thank Huzafa sir for not leaving my husband and daughter’s side and making sure she was fine to resume her Tawaaf.
Maulana Mohammed’s talks during the Ziyarat/sightseeing was inspiring and uplifting- the Seerah after Esha was a lovely end to the day.
They were amazing with the children and made them feel involved. My kids have great memories from the Ziyarat and sightseeing, they come back with more knowledge and understanding of Islamic history.
The accommodations for both Makkah and Madinah were perfect and close to the Masjids. Everything was well planned out to make our experience easier and comfortable.
I could go on and on with all the positives but will end it by saying that going with Raheel Travels was something I’ll always be thankful for and pray that we can join them again in the future.

Me and my family have recently returned from Umrah which we booked through Raheel Travel. Our experience with them from start to finish was excellent and their attention to detail during the trip has to be commended. This resulted in a very enjoyable umrah experience.

Before we departed, we were provided with all our umrah essentials (UV umbrella, drinking bottle etc), document pack and pre umrah seminar. Everything was super organised and this continued for the duration of the trip. Guides were on hand at departure to ensure the whole group checked in successfully and for the whole trip, guides were always available and it was evident that they were conscious of the welfare of each person that was travelling with the group. This continued all the way to the end of the trip when guides ensured each member of the group collected their luggage. Any queries I had were always answered/dealt with promptly and effectively.

I travelled with my elderly mother with mobility issues but the guides made the whole trip easy for us and ensured we were never left behind or forgotten about.

Overall my experience of Raheel Travel is an extremely positive one and I would highly recommend them to others. A special thanks to all the guides who looked after us on our trip, Hafiz Habib, Huzaifa, Molana Mohammed & Molana Khalil.

This the first time I went to umrah and I had the best experience. Molana Muhammad, Molana Khaleel, Huzaifa and Hafez Habib khatib gave me the best treatment. They treated me as a person and not a number in the group. From day 1 till my last day they took care of you, they came and talk to you and as my self and others they approached you and ask us if they could do anything better in looking after us. The ziyaarats and travelling from Mecca to madinah was run very smoothly Masha,,,,, no hiccups. The thing that stood out to me besides them taking care of you how at breakfast time they would come and sit with you and enjoy a cup of tea with us and just having a normal everyday chit chat. Little things like that stay with you and make the trip more special where again I would say treat you as a person and not a number. I could go on and let you know how they made my journey very unique and special to me but I would recommend everyone to travel with them and experience it themselves. I was asked now you have done umrah with a group would you do it on my own and I told them I could but I would do umrah with this group over and over again.

As it was our first umrah, expectedly my family and I were quite nervous but this was definitely the best experience we've had and I don't think we could thank Raheel Travel enough!
The service is amazing, from the accommodation to excursions- each aspect is well planned and you can see the effort that they put into making it a memorable journey.

The guides are extremely knowledgable and the talks/ziyaarats were great sources of learning for the group. Advice was given at every step & this made the umrah go smoothly and each moment could truly be spent in worship because everything was taken care of! We also really valued how they offered a personal touch too, getting to know all of us individually and asking how we were doing frequently (particularly my mother who felt very grateful for their care and compassion as she had some health issues while being there). We never had any pressure to participate and felt at ease being part of the group.

How we Gelled as a group

On paper Raheel Travel very organised
Practically not so.
I know travelling times can vary etc
Going from Manchester to Doha striaght on next flight to Jeddah very long journey.
Then we did Umrah on same day very busy ( I know this is in no one’s hands)
To get back to hotel we arrived very late… as the guards were closing every exit of Haaram Sharif
There was no guide with us to guide us step by step, literally just got thrown into follow molanah Saab when doing the Tawaf .
Alhumdurillah within the group they were telling each other what to do. ( even when you have tried to prepare for the first time it is very overwhelming)
When we wanted to do our second Umrah we managed to find our way to Masjid Ayesha no advice guidance etc through asking questions within group we figured it out and managed to complete our Umrah .
May Allah accept it.
Alhumdurillah Molanah Saab has a lot of knowledge and I think sometimes he forgets that for a person who has come to do their Umrah first time dose not want to miss out on anything , so gathering on a night or the Ziyyarats amazing but it took a lot out of me .The Molana who was the speaker on the Madinah Ziyarat amazing.
What I felt that Raheel Travel is very good for people who have been before or who have the stamina etc they lacked understanding, empathy that some people’s health will not able them to do certain things , simple answer was will get a wheel chair.
Our journeys took very long I know we can’t predict the traffic
In Madinah we went for Ziyaarats etc very long and tiring 5 hours is a long time.
We went to the two museums amazing wish we had more time to explore but we couldn’t
On returning we walked to the Masjid Quba was told it’s a straight road etc but for someone like me I thought it will be ok🤔
Thankfully on return we came back on a buggy
Leaving Madinah a sad moment, once we got to Madinah airport we four (travel as a family of 4) were told or your seats maybe upgraded to business class as we only had one boarding card.
Once arriving in Doha by this time my body had began giving up …. We were told flight over booked we will be booked for the next flight from Doha to Manchester
The leaders tried but couldn’t do anything so we four stayed behind … none of the leaders offered to swap etc
Only gave us the lounge is very good you relax etc
So when we got to the lounge fully booked we literally lay on floor didn’t want to eat anything and wanted to get home.
Arrived in Manchester with a very difficult flight I was in pain all throughout , had not eaten anything since we left Madinah
Monday 24th ended up in hospital and am still here.
Surely when organising such groups you as leaders try and make the journey as comfortable as can be.
The webinars can also be improved by the knowledge of the country’s culture etc
I would not say this has been my best experience in travelling terms.
Of Course I understand some things are not in our hands.
The priority should be a safe comfortable journey ( I do not mean luxury)
Because you need all your energy to perform your Umrah.

I can not fault Molana Saab a very humble person Hafiz Habib straight on anything need doing or advice .
It has come to my attention a member of Raheel travel has contacted my family member, due to the review, he did not travel with you… this is very unprofessional if you would like to discuss this further, please be patient and let me return home from hospital.

I do feel Raheel Travel are taking this personally. One of your guide contacted my siblings and I really do not even want to repeat the conversation.

for first time people attending Umrah or if they have been before.
