We have just completed our Umrah with Raheel Travels this August and could not have enough good things to say about our experience.

The organisers (Moulana, Hafiz Saab and Apa) have been incredible in designing not just an amazing Umrah package with great flights, hotels etc. but they have created an experience that truly focuses on your spiritual experience and journey. Every aspect and little detail was thought out to ensure that all group members were at ease but also so that we were making the most of our experience of being in the sacred cities. Our luggage’s were collected from our rooms when leaving Makkah and Madinah and we were encouraged to go and spend our final moments in both cities in worship, while they had organised for staff to collect our luggage. These small details meant that all we had to focus on was our Ibadah.

The Ziyaarat in both cities was great, and well planned to avoid peak temperatures. During the Ziyaarat we were getting the best knowledge and experience, which again just enriched our experience. In Madinah we had the opportunity to complete part of the Ziyaarat with a knowledgable scholar from Madinah which was really insightful, and great to listen to someone who has spent years studying the places that we visited - an invaluable experience.

The highlights of the trip had to be the group talks where we got to hear from the Molana, while performing the Umrah, in our talks in Makkah and our daily talks in Madinah. These talks allowed us to feel grounded in our spiritual journey, they served as a constant reminder as to why we were there and allowed us to develop a special connection to the Holy Cities.

As I mentioned at the start, every aspect of the trip has been well thought out. Even before the trip starts we had an online webinar which helped us get into the mindset, we had packs delivered to us to help us prepare for the journey, and the team were always available on hand whenever we needed any support or just to talk. May Allah SWT reward everyone involved in Raheel Travels, the UK team and those that were involved in our journey in Saudi, with an abundance of blessings and rewards and may the company continue to grow from strength to strength.

I have already started recommending Raheel Travels to others for the February tour and iA cannot wait for our next Umrah with them!

An Unforgettable Umrah Experience!

Raheel Travel went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to go for Umrah, especially if it is your first time.

A few weeks prior to arriving in Makkah, a webinar was held, in which Maulana Mohummed and Hafiz Habib gave advice on how best to prepare for and perform Umrah. All the logistics were handled by Raheel Travel which made everything else much easier to manage and the overall organisation of the journey throughout was exceptional.

Accommodation in Makkah and Madinah was excellent and conveniently located close to the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi. We visited many sites across both cities and had daily seerah talks in the courtyard of Masjid al-Nabawi which made the experience even more fulfilling.

This was an unforgettable experience for me, so much so that I will be looking to use Raheel Travel in the future for more tours inshaAllah.

From making enquiry to landing in Jeddah and back to Heathrow airport, the service provided was exceptional as everything flowed seamlessly.

The choice of accommodation in Makkah and Madinah was fantastic both hotels were conveniently located near Haram Sharif and Masjid Nabawi which made it easy to come and go.

The ground transfers and transport used for Ziyarah services arranged were beyond our expectations, especially going from Makkah to Madinah in the Haramain train.

Before travel we were given a well-crafted day to day tour itinerary which included sightseeing activities, visits to museums, Ziyarahs etc this enabled us to manage our own free time as we knew exactly what was planned for each day.

Molana Mohammed provided spiritual guidance and scholarly insights throughout the journey, ensuring profound information on the rituals and significance of Umrah which made it more meaningful.

Molana Mohammed & Hafiz Habib had an amazing sense of humour, were incredibly helpful, patient, accommodating, punctual, and communicative, keeping in touch throughout our journey and easily accessible if you had any questions or queries.

Alhamdulilah, i can say so many positive points, but i will keep it minimal so for those who like myself who initially worry and think how would booking an Umrah trip for the first time be like, can ease their worries with what i write.

From the first initial contact, the experience and professionalism has been exceptional. From the exhilirating service of contact with Raheel Travel, they have always been on hand to answer any question and you would always receive a swift and quick reply. No question felt silly.

The Group webinar was intellectual and helped us prepare, we were provided updates on our visa and also on the travel and intinerary of the Umrah trip.

Honourable Hafiz Habib kept in contact and any concerns or issues were resolved in quick succession.

From the start of the journey, to the changing of the ihram on the plane, we were guided and advised on what to do and when to do it, Landing at Jeddah Airport we also received support to get our sims activated and phones set up so we can contact our families.

Landing at Makkah Al Mukarramah, our hotel rooms were pre ready, and this was the same for Medina Al Munawarrah. As soon as we got there we were provided with our room keys, the hotels were in close proximity of the harraam shareef in both Makkah and Medina and were family friendly. We were advised on the close shops that maybe of benefit for us and also local food places.

Once we were settled we met up with another group who landed from London and both the Manchester and London group met one another.

Under the esteemed Guidance of Honourable Molana Mohammad, we were advised and guided on Performing Umrah, we met up for regular group talks to learn more about our surroundings in the blessed lands.

The Ziyaraah tours both in Makkah al Mukarramah and Medina Al Munawarrah were very intellectual, with vast experience and valuable knowledge we were accompanied by a scholar with 40 years of experience living in the blessed lands.

The Ziyaraah points we visited were eye opening, and it felt like whilst you were listening to the history being told, you are literally experiencing what was being said whilst you stand in awe and take in the vast amount of knowledge being shared, it was absolutelly mind blowing and felt absolutelly amazing.

The tour leaders went above and beyond on many occasions and even the little efforts they made were hugely repected and applauded.
For example: travelling with my young daughter in 45+ heat, they ensured she was comfortable, she always had a drink on hand, umbrellas were provided for the heat, and on the coach during a ziyaraah a small snack pack was provided to keep her energy levels up.

They made sure all who were onboard on the tour familiarised themselves with one another, you did not feel alone or out of company and you left the tour making friends for life.

Allah swt bestow mercy blessing and endless baraqaah on Raheel Travel, Honourable Molana Mohammad and Honourable Hafiz Habib for their commitment on making this tour a success.

Each day was an experience, each day became a memorable moment and each day was a beautiful blessing in presence of the tour guides.

The memories will live on for a life time, and In sha Allah i surely will be recommending Raheel Travel to Family and Friends but most importantly using them again in the near future.

Our Umrah travel experience with Raheel Travel.

My recent Umrah journey with Raheel Travel was a wonderful experience. From beginning to end, their team provided great service, making my spiritual journey easy and stress-free.

The arrangements were flawless—flights, lodging, and transportation were all well-planned and timely. They chose hotels that were conveniently accessible, clean, and comfortable, allowing me to focus on my prayers and devotion without worry. Although I was advised that booking myself would be better, I’m certain that going with a group was the right choice.

But not just any group. The Raheel team proved to us they have valuable experience with taking groups for umrah and this very was clear with their excellent standards of service quality which I’ll touch on in the following paragraphs:

- Before flying out they held a professional webinar that informed us of everything we needed to know and gave us an opportunity to discuss the questions we all had.

- In England were also provided with all the necessary documents and they include some useful items for our journey including a high quality drawstring bag, a UV umbrella, an insulated water bottle, ihram (unfragranced) soap, an easy umrah guide and a few other things all with their branding on it.

- When checking in at Heathrow airport they ensured everyone was sorted before they came through themselves which set the tone for the rest of the trip as they ensured at every step that our needs were met.

- Transports were organised, ziyarahs and activities were booked for us, quality and appropriate advice was given and they organised additional perks along the way thanks to Ahmed their staff member they have in Saudi.

This made it one of the most stress free journeys I have been on which is definitely valuable on a spiritual journey like this one as it gave us time and mental energy to focus on our worship.

Speaking of spirituality, the team strove to make this trip a spiritually enriched journey which they did by delivering talks almost daily while we were travelling on coaches or in the masaajid or on ziyaarah which helped to keep us motivated and appreciate the blessed locations we were visiting.

I think this speaks to both the group we travelled with and the tour leaders but we developed great relationships with everyone in our group which made it feel like a little family for those 10 days. Leaving from the airport on the last day was very bittersweet.

Amazing experience for me amd my family's first ummrah. The team looked after us from start to finish. I was very anxious about not knowing what to do as we hadn't been before but Raheel travel went above and beyond in making sure the whole group was on the same page, from the duas we needed to pray to all the actions we needed to perform during the ummrah. My children loved it as did me and my husband. All ziyrahs were done as a group which made it all the more better. I could go on and on. 100% reccomend using Raheel travel.

The group activities and ziyaarah (tours) not only enriched our spiritual experience but also created lasting friendships that extended beyond the pilgrimage.

Perfect all around, from start to beginning. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s interested in going to umrah, this travel team isn’t just a drop off service, it is a amazing tour guide from guiding us all for umrah, doing talks on our beloved Prophet, making sure everyone’s doing well. This is the first tour guide me and family have been on and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend and inshallah will be joining them again and we plan to go for umrah again.

I do not often write reviews, however the impeccable service and diligence of the Raheel team during my umrah experience could not be commended enough.

The team went above and beyond to manage all aspects of our experience, leaving us with nothing to worry about. Never have I come across a team with better organisation that go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. To name a few: the team completed hotel check ins prior to our arrival, labelled our luggage with room numbers so that our rooms & luggage were ready for us in both hotels, zamzam water was collected, labelled by the team and then provided to us at the airport to go through baggage, our room was upgraded instantly when we noticed a slight problem with the AC and a wheelchair was always provided for my grandma. Not once did I feel as though we were waiting or unsure of the next move.

Aside from the logistics, a large fear of mine was implementing the steps involved in completing the umrah. However the Raheel team were present 24/7 to support, guide and answer our questions. The pre-umrah seminar, nightly islamic talks and ziyarahs meant that we have come home feeling so much stronger spiritually. The members of the team are kind, friendly and supportive, they bonded with every single person - the team now feel like family. Our experience would not have been the same without the Raheel team and I would definitely recommend them. Inshallah we pray that we can return with them again soon.

One of our children had won an Ummrah ticket with Raheel Travels. They kindly paid for the flights and all travel and stay arrangements. We had not heard of this travel agent before. Alhumdulilah we have received above and beyond exceptional service and pray that they are rewardly immensely for their honest and trustworthy service.

The organisers made us feel comfortable and content throughout the whole time we were together. Bearing in mind we had a two year old who was very boisterous. They were very patient at ziyarah and during the daily talks that were taking place.

We were very worried about getting into the rawdah because of the new rules and nusuk app that was needed to get entry. Alhumdulilah apa made it very easy for us and never left our side until we successfully got in.

I received a umrah package picture through wattsapp and enquired, a little reluctant as we’d never been in a group before and wasn’t sure how my children would feel.
From the first phone call with Habib, all my questions were answered and I was reassured that everything would be taken care of.
Maulana did a pre umrah seminar which was a relief Alhumdolillah as my kids could relate to him.
Both my kids loved his daily gentle talks throughout our journey and the light hearted conversations, there were times they would sit and talk and laugh which was a dream come true.
Maulanas wife was always present guiding us and answering any questions we had. So gentle and softly spoken, my daughter really looked up to her.
Honestly can’t praise them enough for everything they have done for us and would definitely recommend them again and again, they went above and beyond their role to make our umrah easy.
