Fantastic customer service in these difficult times

Thank you for great customer service, especially in these exceptional times. I ordered a Crazy catcher for my girls. It arrived so quickly, unbelievable! The girls love it, so hopefully they will be able to maintain some netball and football skills ready for when life gets back to normal!

The best customer service around

The best customer service around. I was kept informed at each stage of all my orders by a real person - not an anonymous sender as is so common these days - who replied to any questions I had within an hour. Will definitely keep using you!

Good quality products but website and postage to be improved

Goods received were good but website could be better with more pictures and more descriptions of the product.
I bought a large kids hoodie for me as am a small adult. It fit perfectly other than the arm length but no information on website on arm length.
The packaging and postage cost is excessive. When I received a couple of shorts, a hat and socks, I was charged nearly £7! They came in a huge box when they could have come in a pouch, and I didn't need them in 2 days so an option for a cheaper, slower service would be good.

Yet again great service

Yet again great service, good value for money and fast turn around. Ordered 150 balls and 20+ miscellaneous pieces of training equipment and all was received in expected condition within 2 days of placing the order. I won't use any other provider while this standard continues.

Poor customer service

Ordered and paid for two items over three weeks ago. Got an email from RAM within the hour saying items had been picked and dispatched along with messages from courier company with my tracking number.
Days after the order was placed, I received an email to say one item was out of stock and would be two weeks wait. Not good service that the website let me order an item out of stock and to even be told it was dispatched!

Item one delivered after agreed to send one without the other within a reasonable time. Still awaiting the second item over three weeks later.

I'm sorry there was a delay with your order.

As advised in my email, when an order is placed, an automated dispatch note gets sent out to customers. We can sometimes go out of stock during the day, particularly on popular items, and we give you the option of keeping the order live so we can deliver once we get replenishment stock. When this happens, we contact you to let you know there will be a delay. Unfortunately, because your order was placed between Christmas and New Year there was a delay in informing you.

The item is now back in stock and was dispatched on Monday as advised, however, it is being held by Parcel Force as they cannot find your address. I have emailed you to ask if there are any further details you can provide so if you could contact me so that I can get that resolved for you that would be great.

Ram Gripper Balls and Customer Service

We made a bulk order of Ram Gripper balls in sizes 3 & 4 a couple of years ago and have been delighted by the longevity of the product. The grips last a long time with many of our balls on their second season and still going strong. These were also custom printed balls that look great so we are very happy all round. Richard from Ram is always exceptionally helpful and I have been delighted with the customer service we receive. Gareth Withers, Hilden Grange School

Amazing customer service

I contacted them by email to see if the item I wanted was in stock and how long delivery would be, as it was needed for my sons birthday in two days time. They replied to my email immediately, and told me if I ordered before a certain time, it could be dispatched straight away. True to their word, they dispatched immediately for delivery the next day.
Unfortunately the delivery company were less than professional when it came to delivering the product, but ram rugby sorted that out perfectly too.
No faults and I would be happy to order from them again. The item is perfect and my son was delighted with his present.

Great product and exceptional service

Great product and exceptional service. Ordered on 22 December with a note to ask whether it would be delivered in time for Christmas. Got a call back letting me know that they would try but no guarantees due to the courier being very busy. Offered for me to pick up from the office which is nearby to home.

They (Sarah) then called me back and asked if I would be around for them to drop off at home on way back from work! Superstar - and my boys are now merrily practising their tackles without endangering my life or limb!!

RAM were excellent; Parcelforce were not.

Excellent response from RAM. Would be 5 stars if Parcelforce updated their delivery progress. RAM said it would be delivered on Monday and it was. Sadly it was left with the neighbour whose present it was because Parcelforce tracking said it was still in their distant depot until I got a message saying it had been delivered.
