Really quick delivery, quality product, thanks guys.

Placed order , didn't receive item even though I had received an email telling me it had been posted, when I enquired I was told item was out of stock for 2 month!!!! Why tell me it's in the post when you haven't even got it!

Received a replacement item, quickly and communication excellent

Excellent service and super helpful. I ordered 1 Kit bag but needed 2 in the end. Popped an email to them and asked if I could add another bag on to my order without incurring another delivery charge. Most other companies would be like no, order another one on line and we can add another delivery charge. They contacted me up the next day, dispatched the items that night and boom, items received the very next day. Super helpful and great price to boot.

Excellent service . I needed a large order of balls within 24 hrs and William Eve and his team provided the best possible customer service.
We also tried the new softer balls and they have gone done well with children and parents.

My rugby club and I deal with Ram rugby on a regular basis and order the majority of our kit through them. I have to say it is always an easy process and absolute pleasure. Queries are dealt with straight away and there's always a quick turn around time with kit. I deal directly with Marianne and it's so refreshing to deal with someone who has the answers to everything and I always feel like nothing is too much trouble. She's an absolute star and asset to Ram

Excellent service. Had an issue with delivery on one item. This was down to Parcel force being rubbish at there job. Contacted Ram and they got the issue sorted out for me. Would recommend and will be using again.

I found the address element of the order form very confusing (the presence of an 'Apartment no.') which appeared to override the 1st line of my address.
However, I wrote to say as much and received a very courteous, prompt reply, followed by the excellent product delivered the very next day - most impressive.

Came very quickly. Perfect bag for my son who plays rugby. Happy with all the compartments too. Muddy boots in a certain section not contaminating everything thats try and clean!

Had the most enjoyable experience working with Marianne Case in getting personalized post protectors, corner post protectors and posts with flags. We also managed to get 20 really well made personalized balls with our sponsors on them to coincide with the anniversary of Corby Rugby Club. Its was all done to a very high standard and would not expect any less from Marianne and the team. I just can't thank Marianne and the team as it makes the club look great when we play teams at home and I've had nothing but good comments from all the players, opposition and veterans of the game. Thank you very much guys on a job well done.
