I ordered a rugby ball 10 days ago

I ordered a rugby ball 10 days ago. I received the invoice immediately. Nothing else since then. I called Ramrugby to inquire and I was told that they were going to contact Gilbert (as the ball will come directly from them) and call me back. I am still waiting - They didn't call me back.

I'm really sorry that you had to wait for a reply from us. Unfortunately Gilbert are out of stock of a number of balls at the moment so have a backlog of orders to clear. As they dispatch balls directly, we have to rely on them to advise us of delivery dates . I'm sorry there was a delay in getting this information and coming back to you.

Wrong Colour

The quality of the product was good however I ordered a set of yellow bibs as we already had a set of Orange ones and they sent another set of Orange ones. Unfortunately we needed them straight away so had to use them and couldn’t exchange them. I understand it was probably an honest mistake just a tad annoying

All OK in the end

We ordered 40 tags, no belts. We got 40 Tags with belts. So we received the wrong thing but, when we contacted RAM, they said we could keep the belts as well. Thanks Ram.

Hopeless

Hopeless. They failed to ensure the parcel was delivered correctly and so it was returned to RAM by the sorting office. RAM failed to them tell me my parcel has been returned but kept my money!

Instead I had to track it all down a month later myself and try to get my money back for a parcel that they have back. Not what I expected from a company like this.

Select Boot Bag

Great boot bag. My boy uses it for rugby and it keeps muddy boots separate from his clean / dry after match gear. Carry strap long enough to go over a shoulder. Highly recommended. Service was good too. Easy to use website and delivered when expected.

Ram Rugby have been excellent

Ram Rugby have been excellent - over the past 10 years I have consistently used Ram for Rugby and general supplies to our PE dept; the equipment is hard wearing durable. We even got bespoke pads and shields which were great quality and look really smart. I would highly recommend. - Mr Hamilton - Head of PE and Rugby at Oban High School.

Looking at this I can see your order was actually for Gilbert balls and they are dispatched directly by Gilbert. Our RAM stock products are sent within 1-2 working days, however, the lead time for Gilbert items is 3-5 working days as we show on our website.

I think your location may also have added some time and pushed this order to the 5 day limit. I'm sorry if this was longer than you anticipated.
