I've recently got my watch back from the Wallasey branch. We're do I start? Fantastic service from the girls in the shop. So caring and full of advice. They really went above and beyond for me. I dealt with Pamela both in store and ober the phone, what can I say?? Brains and looks. When Pam was otherwise engaged I was dealt more than capable by Tina who again was more than helpful. I cannot recommend the shop enough.

Called up to enquire about a new bracelet spoke to Kaylea in Blackpool, very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful ,went into the branch alittle later and Kaylea helped me again,friendly, not pushy couldn't of been more helpful a credit to the company

Great experience thanks to the lovely staff in the Huddersfield branch, her name was May and she helped me as soon as she came off her lunch. Helped me pick of the best gifts in the shop and will definitely be willing to shop around with her great advice

Popped in to ramsdens at the nook to sell some old gold jewellery I no longer wore the young lady Michelle who assisted me was very professional and very thorough with the testing of the jewellery items I felt comfortable throughout and received a terrific price for my gold thank you Michelle for the great service

Went into the Dundee branch of Ramsdens, and was greeted by a very polite,young man, by the name of Jack. He was very knowledgeable, and took time to look at the things I had. He explained what was worth something and what wasn't. I came away a very happy customer.

Went to the washington branch spoke with some lovely members of staff Ian and Kelly about a tudor watch and they explained how its part of rolex and were extremely friendly and helpful

I visited Ramsden on 25/02/26 with some gold pieces I wanted to get rid of. The guy weighed the gold. Told me I would get £623 for 37gms. I found that to be shocking! Went on Hatton Gardens online and visited a couple other shops, all the quotes I received was well over £1000. Be fair with people! As a business place people should be able to trust you. I believe his name is Chris.

Ramsdens Northeast, do not sell your scrap gold to these people. 2nd Feb 26 they are offering £44 per gram for 18ct whilst onlne you can get at least £69. I understand businesses need to make a profit, but this is just taking the piss out of people.

Michelle at Ramsdens The Nook, South Shields, offered a fantastic service. She was happy, friendly and efficient. Michelle even had some treats for my dog. I got a fantastic price for my items and would definitely recommend going here.

Visited Ramsdens in Blackburn Mall. Michelle and Janine were so helpful friendly and very thorough. A great fair price given for goods. Will be back again. Thanks ladies.

Went in to enquire about selling Gold! Was told, they are only allowed to buy at £30 per gram. For context, the spot price at the time of asking is £105 per gram.
I honestly felt insulted - they were offering me almost 4 times less than spot price.
Surely this can't be allowed? I just thought about all the desperate people who would be going in for quotes!

Served by Michelle on Christmas eve, very chatty and very welcoming - great customer service! Very efficient and I left happy!

This is the best shop I have been to great customer service from all the shop staff they are a asset to the company I been a good customer and I will keep using this store when I need it keep up the great work and the customer service guys and David is a great manger sometimes I need a little bit longer to pay for my loans and he gives me longer to pay David is a great manger and will be a loss when he leaves the store

Rubbish, useless stores, no customer service and ban you should you challenge them, don't use
