I purchased a ring for my wife for a Xmas present from Rankins Jewellers in Bishopsgate London. What a top end company and would recommend to anyone.

Here is my experience with Rankins.

Rankins we're recommend to my family from other family members that have excellant experience from Rankins. They are a company that offer an appointment only to view/purchase their merchandise items.

My lovely daughter in law accompanied me to a pre booked appointment with Rankins. We attended the appointment and I was amazed by the customer service we received from Ryder who served us.

Long storey short we made two expensive purchases on the day. One purchase was available on the day the other was not available on the day. Ryder spent time with us and ordered the ring size I require. It was despatched within a few days for home delivery from Dpd couriers. Unfortunately after two days tracking the delivery from Dpd the ring went missing. This is where Rankins Jewellers become our heros. After speaking to Ryder from Rankins, and several calls before that. Ryder was so apologetic it was unbelievable. Ryder did what he had to do at his end. Within 4 hours I received a phone from a lady from Rankins to say a replacement ring was now in their office. I collected the ring within 2 hours of the call. Dpd have a lot to answer for and I really pray and hope that Rankins Jewellers claim on the insurance from Dpd for the lost. I really can't praise Ryder and the lovely female who called me on my mobile to arrange for me to collect the ring (so sorry I didn't recall your name on the phone). I highly recommend this company for their professionalism. Thank you all so much for help. When that lottery win comes I will be spending big lol. Thank you so much. Wife is a happy bunny lol..

Loved the ring will be buying again soon

Lovely workers. Ordered an initial necklace for Christmas but the letter I needed was out of stock and they kindly custom made me one to come in time. Highly recommend beautiful jewellery been shopping from there for years

Come all the way from Yorkshire and was welcome by great staff and beautiful diamonds everywhere will definitely 👍 going again

Incredible experience shopping with Rankins Jewellers. My Dad remembered the store from many years ago and suggested getting my 40th birthday gift from them.

We booked an appointment which was super easy and travelled from Kent to the show room where I was assisted by a very helpful friendly member of staff.

I chose a baguette ring and it’s stunning! Beautiful memory made with my Dad and piece of jewellery to keep forever ❤️

I had a problem with delivery the people at ranking were very helpful and sorted it out straight away very good

Rankings always been my go to for jewels they hands down will.offer you the best prices on gold that you can find i did a lot of shopping around and price checks and most other jewellers want an extra 500+ quid on the same items with less weight my advice is talk to rankins won't let you down that kind you guys/girls

I’ve ordered of Rankins many times and I cannot recommend them enough … this week especially as I ordered an item and wanted to return it for a bigger one and I found the service exceptional. I had received original item and had it returned and replaced for the larger one within a week. Their jewellery is superb and the staff are amazing. The whole process was made so simple especially by staff member Katie… thank you Rankins I cannot recommend you enough.
