Great experience

Ive had a great experience buying from rapid scooter it came on time also ive had a slight issue my my charger i rang rapid scooter explained I need the scooter for work they sent a new one out straight away I was impressed so I'd use these again definitely

Fast, skilled and excellent value – highly recommend

Dropped my bike off at 10:30am and it was finished within an hour. My brake caliper was completely damaged — the piston had popped out and mineral oil was leaking everywhere. I honestly thought it would need replacing, but the mechanic said he could repair the caliper (which I was genuinely surprised by, as I know it’s a tricky job), bleed the brake, and get everything working again.

He also explained that my brake disc had been permanently contaminated with mineral oil and that once that happens it can’t return to its original condition, even after cleaning. Because of that, he recommended replacing the disc as well, which made complete sense and was explained clearly.

I brought my own brake pads (the damage happened while I was changing them myself), and he installed them onto the repaired caliper for free, which I really appreciated.

Caliper repair, brake bleed, and brake disc replacement all came to £60 total, which is an absolute bargain for the work involved. You can really just walk in and they’ll fix things on the spot, though I’d recommend calling ahead to check availability.

If you need quick, honest, and skilled repairs, especially for brakes, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Though I wouldn’t doubt they wouldn’t be able to fix anything. Definitely my new go-to shop :).

Dualtron eagle pro repair serviced in Kilburn London

Dropped off my Dualtron eagle pro at 10am collected it same day at 4pm
Work they carried out, new controller fitted ,
new throttle cable supple and fit, new brake callipers and disks and pads fitted front and rear , front puncture fixed and front split rim supply and fitted, they had all the parts I needed in stock so super fast efficient turnaround l highly recommended if you want get your Dualtron or any scooter fixed,
great price, great service
Scooter is like new now , very happy customer

I ordered a bike and then realised that…

I ordered a bike and then realised that putting it together was going to be beyond me. I got in touch to confirm this via email and then I spoke to an amazing member of staff called Fred. He was simply excellent on the phone (just as it was a big item to be returned so I was a but unsure) - he was very paitent & friendly/ and got me sorted.

I always think companies show their true colours when something needs changed - either a return exchange or similar.

And in this case the service was simply excellent - I genuinley wished I stayed closer as I would have been able to get my bike build by them.

Thank you for such a good expriernce - buying was easy/ delivery was brilliant and I am sorry ive had to return. But I 100% highly recommend these folk!

Neded advice

Just rang them , I had taken delivery from an online retailer and was unsure about the battery ignition...the young man explained it to me, very courteous and polite... would recommend ringing if your not sure about anything... thanks guys x

Great in person service

Really helpful and accomodating staff, realised I could collect my bike in person so rang Rapid Scooter and changed my order. Bike was assembled, charged and ready to go. They talked me through the essentials and made me feel confident with my new bike.

Regarding the G2 Master, the model does come with a firmer suspension setup from the factory, not something our staff have control over, as it’s designed for mixed terrain and heavier riders. However, we completely understand that suspension feel can be very personal depending on riding style and comfort preferences. We’re genuinely pleased to hear that you were able to fit suspension units that better suit your needs and have improved your riding experience.
