My scooter the brake was too loose ,I went to the shop and I was asking ,the boss find someone fix it,I thought maybe £5-£10,after the guy say fixed,and no fee ,I was very surprised!I need to write it here,the boss are so nice and kind!thank you

The positive reviews on this site speak for themselves! I cannot recommend these people enough for their honesty and integrity. As an elderly customer, I made an incorrect order. They were quick to issue a no quibble refund immediately. This is the true test of their customer focus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 Stars – Product Good, Communication Poor

I recently ordered an ENGWE ENGINE PRO 2.0 Electric Bike from Rapid Scooter, spending almost £1,500. While the product itself seems good and the delivery eventually happened, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, I received no communication from the delivery company (BJS) despite emailing them directly. I only found out the delivery was happening when I got a phone call out of the blue giving me 45 minutes’ notice—causing me to leave work urgently. No tracking link or time slot was provided to me in advance, despite the company’s claim that these were sent.

Rapid Scooter’s customer service team did respond once I reached out, and they were polite. However, they implied that I may have missed messages or emails—which I can confidently say I didn’t receive. There was no proactive communication from them after the order confirmation, and no effort to ensure the delivery company was keeping me informed either.

I understand that large-item deliveries can be more complex, but when a high-value item is involved—especially one needed for a specific event—clear, reliable communication is essential. Unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I’m giving 3 stars because I did receive the product in the end, and the support team was responsive when I reached out—but the lack of communication, failure to follow through on delivery updates, and last-minute disruption were major letdowns.

I’m glad to hear you received your ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0 within the delivery timeframe outlined in our shipping policy.

However, I do want to clarify a few important points, as we’ve already explained via email. Since your order was placed, you were sent three emails from us:

1) An order confirmation

2) A dispatch confirmation

3) A email with a tracking link for BJS Logistics containing your delivery updates allowing you to track your parcel step by step

All of these emails were timestamped and the times re-sent to you for your reference yesterday. While we understand that emails can occasionally be missed, the information was sent as promised.

You emailed yesterday, expressing frustration and requesting compensation, this was the first time you contacted our support team. We're available 7 days a week via phone, live chat, and email, and we responded to you within minutes. In our reply, we not only re-confirmed the tracking information but also firmly provided your delivery day and time slot by looking at the BJS tracking, I'm uncertain why you were still surprised the delivery was due today still.

Despite this, your response dismissed the information and again requested compensation. We also attempted to reach you by phone later twice but we could not reach you. As delivery was made on time, within our agreed terms, and all communication was sent out as expected, we’re unable to offer compensation in this case.

I am sorry you experience did not meet your expectations, we’re always happy to help and committed to improving where possible, but we also ask for fairness when reviewing circumstances. Should you need anything further, feel free to reach out.

Item received on time, they kept me up to date with delivery.

Very pleased with purchase. Wanted to support a bricks & mortar business not just an online warehouse 😁😁😁
