After a really bad experience with another skip company the last time I booked a skip, we went out shopping with concern of going through the same experience again. The experience with Rapid Skips was a breath of fresh air. The driver who delivered was so very friendly which made me smile because normally the drivers would just drop and go without so much of a word beyond what they have to ask for delivery, this driver commented on my American accent and made conversation about how ive liked living here, very polite and friendly. They delivered very fast, and even called to make sure the booking was correct as I had it set for collection the next day (I knew we only needed it the one day and that it would be filled to capacity in that one day and no need to drag it out). Unlike the previous company we went with, they came to collect it when scheduled and didnt leave it sitting for weeks waiting for collection, which was our biggest issue with the previous company leaving our car to have to be parked on the road the entire time. These guys have shown the other companies how its done and they have earned a permanent customer for our clearout needs (which we do at least once a year sometimes more). We whole heartedly reccomend Rapid Skips to everyone they have left us smiling and happy. Thanks for the great Service Rapid Skips we definitely will be returning in the future! To anyone considering them, seriously they are the best skip company we have ever worked with hands down!
