Takes preorders then cancels them months later meaning their customers had no chance to source elsewhere as they were counting on this business to uphold their confirmation. If they cannot not count, if they cannot estimate stock levels, they shouldn't have taken preorders. I frankly don't care that going forward this company will no longer take preorders. That doesn't undo the weak business model implemented prior. How can people trust this business now? They can't.

At the time of implementing our new pre-order system back in July, we thought offering such services would be beneficial for our customers, where a no deposit or upfront payment was required to make an order. This meant that our customers had the flexibility to order elsewhere (i.e. retailers that accept deposits for pre-orders) without being obligated to make payment with us.
When we were confident in fulfilling pre-orders, we would only request payment for orders we can complete. Customers also had the option to adjust or cancel their orders if they changed their mind. Further, we offered this service well in advance to give our customers plenty of time to organise their orders with other businesses in case we could not provide such products by time they were released.
Moving forward, we have realised that this system was not ideal for the products we were offering, as well as for our customers. Therefore, we will not be offering it next year as it has only brought disappointment and frustration, rather than the flexibility we hoped it would achieve.
You may find that customer dissatisfaction has predominately derived from our new pre-order system, and therefore, we will be removing it as was not designed to cause problems.
From next year, we will not be offering pre-orders, however, customers can either bookmark product listings or add to wishlist 'Arriving Soon' products on our website. When the Arriving Soon product has arrived, we will update the listings, which will notify customers (on wishlist) that product is now available to purchase. Therefore, customers will be able to experience our same day dispatch before 2PM AEST Mon-Fri without any delays or setbacks.

The package arrived extremely fast, faster than I anticipated and faster than estimate delivery time given. All 3 items are of correct as per description of purchase. Was my very first purchase with the store but certainly would not be the last. We upgraded your shipping method to DHL free of charge (instead of Auspost), as we were not aware at the time you ordered that Auspost International had temporarily suspended services to your country. DHL is typically faster but more costly, however, we are glad that it arrived within the 2-4 business day timeframe.

Good site to buy from
Always ship on time and usually have some of the cheapest prices, however the customer support is non-existent. I have never received a reply to any of my questions, especially when asking if two orders can be shipped together to save on shipping costs.

Pre Ordered Pokemon Celebrations Ultra Premium box and they tell me at release date that they didn't get enough stock to fulfil my order. It had been months. I suspect because I bought for $250ish and now you can flog them off for $800 that they decided to cancel my order in favour of making more money.

To address your concern, the Pokémon TCG Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection Box was short printed for release. The official release date in Australia for this particular item is 26 November 2021. We were only able to offer this item to a few customer orders, and not to all pre-orders that we received. We removed orders that we could not fulfil, and have not requested payment for orders that we cannot complete.
To further reiterate the above, we were only offered a limited amount of the Ultra Premium, to which we have already allocated to customer orders, and will not request further payment from customers in reflection of secondary market prices. Customers will receive their Ultra Premium Collection Box for the listed price of $240 AUD.
We understand by your example, that you may have seen some Ultra Premium Boxes selling for $800 on the secondary market. It is disappointing and disheartening to see that you have given us a negative review under this assumption that the reason why we could not fulfil your order, was in favour of making more money, rather than the fact that we simply did not have enough product available.
We recommend adding this item to your wishlist to be notified by email if we are able to restock it again in the near future. Keep in mind, the listed price for the Ultra Premium Box will, and has always been $240 AUD.
