Great service, very happy. Made a late night order with the wrong address, sent an email and got a response straight away fixing the issue. Slight postage delays but can't blame anyone but Aus Post for that.

Rare Candy Collectables is a fantastic store. I mainly use them for purchasing Pokémon TCG products - so some of my review focuses on that point. I honestly believe they are in the top handful of stores for pre-ordering and purchasing EN Pokémon TCG products and they also stock JP products at very competitive prices (you've gotta be quick if you want to get your hands on products like Eevee Heroes though!).

Communication from the store is excellent. If I've needed to get in touch regarding an existing order, upcoming products or any other queries, I've received a reply very promptly. Orders are well packed and shipped quickly. I've never had any issues at all with the way products are packed - they use enough wrapping etc to keep products safe but not so much that it's wasteful.

Their membership options are fantastic as they enable a permanent discount and free express shipping. You also earn points for every purchase to use on discounts for any products. Furthermore, members are given priority when preordering. If you're into collecting Pokemon TCG products (or any other products stocked by Rare Candy - Dragon Ball Super TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon) and make regular purchases then the membership is the way to go. Other stores use reward point systems but the additional benefits of Rare Candy membership outshine or equal any other stores.
