We apologise that we were not always able to fulfil your orders that you made with us. However, we did email customers directly at the time that were affected as soon as it came to our attention that we were not getting enough product to complete orders. We also promptly refunded customer orders that we could not fulfil.
We were also aware that our previous pre-order system was not ideal for our customers, and have since then improved it.
Today, our new system does not require upfront payment or deposit to place a pre-order with us. We will only request payment once we know we can fulfil your order on release, and that there is no obligation to pay for a pre-order if you change your mind, with the option to cancel at any time.
