Can always find good stuff and sometimes find some crazy good deals. I don’t really like shopping in the store cause it’s hard to get sales people to help me when they are chasing couples with strollers. I’ve bought quite a few items in store and online, but the craziest thing I think is how they have no system in place to notify you when your items arrive and are ready for pickup. Things that other stores have been doing for 20+ years. I get they say it will be ready for pickup on a certain day, but what if it is delayed? What time? We have to call and check instead of a quick email or text reminder. I also wish they stocked more locally. Almost always, you have to wait for something from salt lake. I usually like to check DeMeyer first since they are the opposite. But honestly, they are both good companies and my go to’s for furniture typically. I just give 3 stars because the notification deal is kind of laughable and want them to see how silly that is in 2026.

We purchased carpeting for our entire home. We're very unhappy with the family room as there is a visible raised seam that goes across the room. RC Willey sent out an "experienced" carpet person who told us the installers installed the carpet correctly so we'd have to live with it. The follow-through and customer service from the flooring department manager was unacceptable and frustrating.
To say we're disappointed with RC Willey is an understatement. We certainly won't recommend them to anyone. There are many flooring options in and around Boise, unfortunately we chose RC Willey.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we ordered our furniture on September 18, got most of it on October 10, the wall unit we purchased was missing a critical piece (the bottom left base) until we got that piece, it couldn’t be put together. We had several different delivery dates (October 30, November 7, 14, 17, 20) but that base was still MIA, when we finally got the base and they came to put the unit together, the box that had the bridge in it when they took it out of the box it was cracked which set it back weeks once again. We didn’t get the new bridge until December 22, three months after ordering. When we spoke to our sales guy, he did everything he could to figure out where the missing piece was and keep us informed. When we spoke to a manager named Dave he told us that they’d make it right. Well we’re still waiting. I should have just told them to come get it and we’d go somewhere else. If you’re representing a business and tell a customer you’ll make it right (for clarification, he said COMPENSATION) for our inconvenience then that’s what we expect. Dave basically told us to kick rocks the last time we spoke to him.

I called to get my couch warrantied. I was told that it only had a one year warranty. I had to tell her that I bought the extended warranty. She obviously didn't even look it up because it was on the order. Then she said that my extended warranty was expired too. She didn't tell me that I could get my warranty refund for not using it, so I had to ask for it. She said that she would start the process. The whole time she was not friendly or professional. Almost rude.

My wife and I moved to Idaho on September 4th of this year and purchased a new house. We shopped around for weeks before deciding on a TV wall unit at RC Willey. We moved into our house on October 10th and scheduled our furniture to be delivered that day. We were told that 3 pieces of the furniture were on back order, and that they would be delivered on 10/30. Just before 10/30 we were told that there would be a delay and that the new delivery date was 11/07. The 11/07 date was eventually pushed to 11/14, then 11/17, and finally 11/20. The pieces that were missing were a coffee table, the back support, and the left lower section of the unit. The unit could not be set up without 2 of those.
When the delivery team showed up on 11/20, we were informed that the lower left section was not on the truck and we would have to check with the store. We called over to the store that morning when they opened and were told that there had been an error at the warehouse. After a follow up visit, our sales rep and a manager told us it would probably take 2 weeks to get the last piece we needed. We waited for the item to be delivered, and we finally received the last piece on 12/06.
When the people showed up to deliver the last piece and set everything up, we were relieved. That feeling quickly disappeared, as we were informed that the bridge that goes across the top of the piece which had been sitting in an unopened box since 10/10 was cracked and needed to be replaced. We went into the store a few days later and were informed by customer service that the replacement would be in 12/22. Today is 12/22 and the replacement was finally delivered, and the unit has finally been set up.
The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that our sales rep Aaron Binsky kept us in the loop for most of this process. Although I feel the ball was dropped at the end, I can't discount his efforts up until that point.
This whole process has been exhausting and has left a bad taste in our mouths regarding RC Willey. We actually visited the store a few more times after our initial purchase and bought additional pieces. The furniture is fine, but the experience was horrible.
I had given a 2 star rating, but after the response I decided to change it to a 1 star. It is clear that whoever wrote that response couldn't care less about our experience and our frustration. This has made my decision very clear. I will never shop with RC Willey again. I will also make sure to let anyone who asks know how terrible they have been to deal with.
