Never refunded my money for stove returned..., called and been promised many times,even by corporate office that that they would. 3 months later no refund.
RC WILLEY.... Don't tell me to call the store for my refund like you have on other reviews... You know you have been contacted many times!!!! ...after 20 times I am done.. WE FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB

Pretty painless. Salesman was knowledgeable ant easy to to get what we wanted.

This was our first experience shopping at the Reno, NV, RC Willey store; it won't be our last and we enthusiastically recommend this store and its employees. We were shopping for new carpet and everyone we encountered from the first shopping trip to see what Willey had available to the ordering to the financial/credit department, to the two young men who installed our new carpet throughout our entire house were outstanding. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly describes every employee we encountered. Gregory Wilson, Sales Associate in the Flooring department was helpful in every detail of our looking, selecting, ordering and installing; he is a treasure to work with and helpful beyond explanation. He made what was a huge selection decision relatively easy and the result was wonderful. Many thanks for everyone who made our encounter with the Reno RC Willey such a pleasant experience.

Our sales lady was very helpful. She walked us through the whole process. She knew about the product we were looking for she made it very easy and simple for us, and she looked for all the discounts that were available to us.

I came into the store and Chris (Reno) was a big help, helping me order online.

My husband and I have purchased several items from this store. Sales staff have always been very friendly and helpfull. I had few questions relating to sale price.Comparing to another store selling same furniture set by same manufacturer the sal price at your store is the same price as the other stores original price. At this point sales clerk told me to go to other store and purchase said furniture. We will no longer shop at your store.

That's why I love RC Willey - all the sales people are kind, respectful and don't pressure you. Jayson was super helpful when I was having issues picking the right patio umbrella. So appreciated his expertise and insights.

Specifically purchased as website said it was in stock. It wasn’t. Asked if the other two models I was considering that were listed as in stock were available. Of course not. Offered to have delivered in a couple days. Sorry, proved to be a bait and switch company. Order canceled!

Recently purchased a new sofa and coffee table. Salesman was very helpful and friendly. He made the entire process easy.

I made an error on my order. Instead of having it delivered to my Westwood, Ca address, I clicked on having it delivered to my San Francisco address. Once I realized the error, I called customer service immediately. While I was on hold, I heard a message about the ability to have the appliance installed and having the old appliance removed. I had not indicated that I wanted that on my original order. When customer service answered, I was able to easily rectify my order address AND add installation and removal. Customer service was very thorough and answered all myquestions.

The level of customer service was superior. The rep was knowledgeable and even the employees that were leaving for the day were the perfect gentlemen.

Felt RC Willey had the largest selection in Carpets choices, fair pricing, fantastic sale and good customer service.

Have always had good experiences shopping at RC Willey. Have had great sales person help all three times we’ve been to the Reno location. They are attentive, but not overbearing. Tell them you want to look around and they let you be, to do just that.

The people were nice. But the companies they hire to install are horrible. Tons of damage to my house and lazy installation of lvp, with 3-4 of the same patterned plank side by side in a ton of spots. I'd go to a professional flooring place next time.

I would've gave 5 stars but after the first inspection to make sure the screen was ok, someone forgot to put in the other TV stand.

Excellent place to get your home furnishings from. They are willing to do whatever it takes to help you find just the right piece for you home. I met with Craig and he is the man. Knowledgeable, polite, patient, and got us a great deal on the couch we wanted without any compromises. Will be back to happily spend my money hear again.

I wanted to say Uriel, and his co-worker that help My husband and I on 5-8-24 about 7:30 PM were amazing. They helped us with a minor issue and I have to say they are very Professional, Smart and it was a pleasure to have them help us. Thank you for have them on your team. I feel bad because I did not get the two ladies name. Thank you for the best customer service.

The buying experience with Lane was very easy , positive and professional . The install went great! Leno and Oscar were punctual , hard working and great to work with .
