Hi Georgie I'm so sorry to hear that. This has never happened to any of our customers before. Our Eloise star bangle is 18k gold plated with pvd and is completely waterproof so that shouldn't have happened. Could you please email customerservice@recreationjewels.com with more details so we can get to the bottom of this. In the very rare case that any product is defective we always replace it straight away.

Ali express jewellery
I purchased a necklace from this business and it tarnished within a couple of wears. I looked online and I saw the exact same jewellery on Ali express for really cheap. Disappointing to see a young brand be disingenuous and contribute to fast fashion. Will not be purchasing again.
