Lifesaver

After being let down by another supplier at really short notice, and being a year away from getting fibre, Lee got us connected on time as promised. Service so far has been really good and the broadband speeds are reliable.

5 stars for Nik, lovely to deal with and really clean work. However after sales support was negative and the initial sales team told us we couldn't get fibre broadband when we could, so the experience with the sales was not great!

Their support is non-existent. Good luck contacting their customer service. I am now 5 weeks waiting for a response on a simple query submitted by email, including sending a follow up after 3 weeks. I am currently 15 minutes on the phone waiting for customer service. I really suspect they do not have full time staffing on customer service and queries are managed by Tech Support or Sales when they are not on other call. I will be cancelling my account with them.

Nik the engineer was great . Felt totally safe with him around the house . He arrived promptly and I left him to it . He left everything spotless . He has a very nice unintuitive manner

Worst service ever, manager lieing on phone and email, 3 months and still no service, bad customer service

There's no regulation on pricing of broadband service. Service companies give a low price to get people to sign a contract and then jack the price up as they see fit. It's a massive money making scam for these companies. And sadly there are no exceptions.

Regional broadband installed their service at my house in donegal today 9/6/25. The installation engineer was nik he was excellent, and so professional and explained any and all info I might need, nothing was to much trouble for him. The sales team were also very good and again so professional. The broadband is excellent and working at a very high level and better then any other service I previously had.

Nik was extremely helpful and efficient. I couldn't speak more highly of him. He replaced some equipment and assisted setting up our mesh network to achieve the best possible speeds.

Nik was very efficient and did a very neat job. Explained everything to me when he had the installation complete. He was so quiet you wouldn't even know he was here. Lovely guy.

Nik was very helpful! He showed us exactly what we needed to do and ensured we have connection all over the house! He even thought us tricks on how to share the WiFi password to eachother with our phones! A professional and a gentleman, brilliant service!!

Nik, the engineer who came to install the broadband, delivered an excellent service. He arrived well within the time given and went over and above to ensure we were connected that morning, with very little disruption to the house in general.
So far, speeds seem to be holding well!
