Nik called to test the coverage for wireless broadband. We were happy with the test so he proceeded with install and had everything working perfectly before he left. We have been very happy with the coverage and would recommend regional broadband.

If you Have no WiFi. Stay without one. ANYTHING but this crowd.

Pros:
Depending on who you get on to, they could care to help.

Cons:
1. Absolute lack of knowledge
2. You get on to the wrong person and they either hang up in your or they tell you to leave their business for their own faults.
3. They’re not worth the €65 a month you pay. Trust me.
4. They’re are not a broadband service company. They FACILITATE the use of broadband via SIM cards and boosting /piggybacking off other sim providers.

Had a very positive experience with Regional Broadband. Customer service was excellent. Had tried two other providers but unfortunately our coverage wasn’t great so tried Regional Broadband and am sorry we didn’t go them as first option. They are a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend their broadband service.

The engineer Nik arrived just before his due time and was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He replaced the damaged cable and got everything back up and running again. A lovely man.

From start to finish the process was easy. Information was very clear about what was possible and the process involved. Nik did the install, he was punctual efficient and informative and made sure I was ok with everything he was doing. Having lived with abysmal Wi-Fi for years I’m delighted with the speed I am now getting. It’s about 80 times faster and for the same price! If you need better internet I would 100% recommend these guys. I had a similar company out to survey previously but they just confused me!

I decided to give this small company a shot in an effort to support more local/ smaller players. Unfortunately, they were also equally terrible with arranging an installation. It took 3 calls and 7 days to learn that in fact fibre installation at my address isn't possible. I was assured when I signed up that fibre installation at my address is possible as the eircode is checked against multiple sources. Obviously turned out to be incorrect and they didn't bother informing me proactively.

Regional Broadband are a great rural Ireland option where there is no fibre available. Their support are always helpful and quick if they are issues which in my experience are not that often. Thanks to Nik the engineer who always very efficient.
