They took the money and never sent the product
I ordered the tires beginning of November. They were listed as available on the website with a delivery time of 2-5 days. After a few days I got an email mentioning a possible delay of a few days because the high amount of orders. Then they just disappeared. I tried to contact them via the internal chat with no result, with the contact form on the website, which does not work and finally using the phone. No result.
Next step would be to contact the police to get my money back from these scammers...

FRAUD!!
This is either a joke or a fraud!!
Here is the story: i placed an order for a set of winter tires (RD 53702720) which never arrived. After two weeks of trying to reach out the customer service, i posted a bad review here and like magic, shortly afterwards the order was cancelled and a new order was issued (on 13.11.2024 - RD 53834780).
I tried several times to reach their customer service and after several hours on the phone I managed to speak to them and they ensured that all was ok and the tires would be delivered.
Again they made fun of me! Now, i cannot reach out to them in any way, my tires never arrived and it is snowing here! I cannot use my car unless i buy another set of winter tires somewhere else (which i’ll do for sure).
Dear Reifendirekt, if you are reading this, be aware that i will report the transaction to the police and proceed with talking to my lawyer (as far as i can see there is enough material for a class action given the number of horrible reviews!), unless you issue an IMMEDIATE refund on my credit
card!!
This is not acceptable and this company should pay for all the hours spent on the phone trying to talk to them, all the headaches for rescheduling appointments with the garage and ultimately the price of a new set of tired bought somewhere else!!
HORRIBLE!!!! Nobody should go through this!!!

UPDATE: I don't want to hear excuses! There are 10 cm of snow right now and I still don't have my winter tires which i order a month ago!
As i told your customer service (after 2.5 hours in the line on the phone), if i don't see the refund of my credit card on Tuesday (THE LATEST) I will report this case to the police! I'm done getting fooled by you!!!!

I ordered my tires over 21 days ago, not delivered, getting emails that they were delivered. Spending 2 hours to get to the call center with arrogant agents and conflicting information - every few days they tell me tires are on the way.

Showed a delivery date of 2-5 days during the order. One month later - no updates on the order. Now snow came and the car is not usable. I don't know what to do. Calling doesn't help - keeps you at position 40 something. Who is liable for all the damages? Is this any customer protection here, this company should be banned from Switzerland.
Will probably cancel the order and order from somewhere else.
Update 21 Jan 2025: I had cancelled the order by the end of last post. Until today, 2 Months later, I still did not receive my money back. I can understand that high demand can make processing the orders difficult. But what is with you not returning the money when you can't keep up with your orders and customer returns back. GIVE BACK OUR MONEY after cancellation.

Catastrophe, Stress and fear of losing money - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
15th October 2024 -ordered tires and rims on the website for 1'059.16 CHF (RD 53605972) . I thought i would receive my tires with plenty of time for winter considering the delivery times stated on the website.
24th October - Received email mentioning delivery of the tires would be delayed by 5 days due to high demand.
29th October - Received email with delivery details and a DPD tracking number. Delivery details mentioned the tires were sent on 16th October and DELIVERED on 21st October. DPD TRACKING NUMBER WAS NOT WORKING. HAS NEVER WORKED. DOES NOT EXIST.
Panic started to set in. I then received a summary email with the following information.
Ihre Bestellung ist am 15.10.2024 eingegangen.
Das Lager hat den Auftrag am 15.10.2024 erhalten.
Der Auftrag war am 16.10.2024 versandbereit.
Der vorraussichtliche Liefertermin ist am 21.10.2024
All of which is LIES and FICTION.
I have tried reaching out to this company via Phone, Whatsapp, Email, like so many others, there is no information, no response, nothing to show that this company has not STOLEN my money and not provided the goods. I am left in a position where the SNOW is falling, i have no tires and with over 1000CHF lost.
I see no option but to report the company and seek help from police.

1 star is even too much. If there was an option for 0 I would give that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. It's a total scam. We already paid for the tires and it's been more than two weeks with no trace of a delivery. No information and no form of contact. We now have to buy tires from somewhere else and have to pay again. Absolutely outrageous!
I would like to get a refund and cancel the order, however there is no such option. Absolutely disappointed and will make sure I never order from this company again!
