Very professional, answered all queries and returned all phone calls quickly. Had no problems at all, found the whole process very easy and comfortable. Mr Shah negotiated the problems of Covid-19 admirably. Would not hesitate to use Reliance Properties again in the future.

Reliance and leicester have been great. My agent Mr niraj Singh especially, he corresponded with me each step of the way, answering any enquirys was never too much trouble. The covid situation did hold things back, and moving became a long process, but my agent was in touch through out answering any concerns, making it a smooth as possible, he was very professional and kind, my experience has been lovely.

Elliott Shaw at reliance properties has been impressivley responsive and professional. I am very lucky to have found such a great place to live and am greatful to have a property manager that has made this transition very speedy and easy.

Absolutely useless, they won’t get back to you no matter how many calls you make to them. They assure you that they will do everything for you and that they are reliable but just waste your time. I wouldn’t recommend them at all, so many better agencies in the area.
