Compensation activated and refund on its way
Well it was damaged on arrival but did not interfere with the operation so got in contact with customer services and they SAID that they would give me a £30 refund.
I AM STILL WAITING when are you going to do the refund or is the just bollocks remember I can still send it back Amended to my original post reliant have now been in touch and the refund has now been activated so I thank them for there prompt reply after I have made my review I will shop at reliant again because they offer good reliable appliances at affordable prices

Order through tesco. Via reliant My delivery order number
7221-2001-54 never delivered on the date a time set. Emailed and rang to no one answering. Emailed Tesco regarding this and told they will look into this if I don't get a response within the week tesco have been great unfortunately this company no so good. I'll update with the response from reliant or tesco regarding this and give a fair review. Be ware and don't book time off work

I ordered a washing machine on the 7th May. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I never ended up receiving my washing machine. Spoke with a kind gentleman named Anthony and he sorted it all out for me.

i paid for the machine to be fitted and tested ,however it was fitted but not tested properly as they would have noticed the rubber seal
on the door was faulty , i emailed them with photos straight away and had no reply for 3 days , i contacted paypal for a refund im waiting for the outcome
