The byAcre overland rollator arrived quickly. My sister was easily able to unpackage it for my mum use.
My mum has been delighted! It has given her a real boost to her confidence in her own ability to get about herself on public transport. We were also able to take it on a holiday overseas. She is thrilled with its great appearance (quite a few people have commented upon it) so she has not had to compromise her style!!

Pleased with product and price.
Would have liked if brakes could be locked and not rely on manual squeezing of levers.
Can be uncomfortable on uneven surfaces.

A first rate product, a must aid for those with mobility issues.

This rollator is so very lightweight that I can easily lift it out of my car, also if access is restricted in shops with clothing racks, I just lift the seat slightly and then I can get through the gap. The one thing I would say though, is that it is not quite as smooth when changing direction with it as my other rollator was, but overall I do prefer this one to my other one as the benefits of it outweighs the cons. It would be very easy if you wanted to take it on holiday with you, even on a flight as it is so lightweight, I can lift it with one hand. Overall a great rollator and I would recommend it.

I have used ReliMobility several times now and they are just amazing! Prices are so reasonable and affordable!
My Nan was looking for another riser recliner and they did not disappoint! She chose the Luxury Dual Motor Riser Recliner, I spoke to John to make sure this would be okay for my Nan. I arranged payment and delivery with him over the phone.
Delivery and set up was very efficient, they were very respectful of my Nan and her home!
I cannot thank you guys enough!

Bought 2 folding walking sticks - a real bargain; spoilt however by stupid labels which are nigh impossible to get off.
Hard to see why the labels are necessary as sticks come in plastic bags with large card board labels.

I have recently used Relimobility twice to order wheelchairs and cushions and was very impressed with the service and the way my call was handled.
My request was dealt with very quickly and was very happy how quickly the products are delivered. Very happy with the quality of products aiso.
Would definitely recommend Relimobility to friends and family.

Excellent customer service from John and his mum. A company that does what it says but slso goes above and beyond. We've only recently discovered Relimobility but if you have any mobility concerns would definitely recommend.

Does what it says on the label, excellent shoe horn strong & well made, makes my life so much easier, not a strain on my back as before, sciatica sufferer. Excellent order & delivery process.

I had a problem with a part becoming loose and then
falling off. Fortunately it was only near the seat and wasn't crucial to the safety issue.
I rang RM to explain the problem. Their customer service people namely John and Karen were most helpful and said they would look into it, After several emails and an explanation they told me what could be done. Several days later they contacted me to inform me that they had ordered a new part.

As it just need two screws in to be put in holes already made in the frame my handyman would do this when I receive the new part from the manufacturer.
Instead of a hassle this was dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner by John and Karen and in my opinion they are both a credit to this company.

My wife is delighted with RollzMotion 2 rollator that she ordered. It has made a trip to the shops or a walk so much easier for her as she can walk with it, have a sit down when she needs a rest or even quickly convert it into a wheelchair so that I can push her. Well worth the money.

The website was extremely easy to navigate but unfortunately the product that I chose proved problematic to source. Relimobility contacted me immediately to explain the options available and continued to keep me informed by email and despatched the product as soon as possible. The staff have gone above and beyond throughout. I am a very satisfied customer.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the company. Wrong parcel was delivered and I was desperate for my item so was slightly annoyed and he had the cheek to say less of the attitude to me because I was complaining. I definitely didn't have an attitude just a right to complain. I Definitely will never use again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service from this company with near immediate responses to queries and sorting out the courier promptly. An excellent company to buy from - I'm confident if I ever need them in the future they'll be there.

I ordered online a wheeled bag for my folding wheelchair which arrived this week after a short delay. I was kept fully informed, offered a refund which I declined as I was happy to wait. The bag is ideal and easy to store and to transport my wheelchair. Great service. Thank you.

Very patient in helping me decide what to buy, answering emails and phoning me to discuss purchase. Unfortunately I was unable to wait for the pre-ordered rollator as my existing one broke and, as they did not have the alternative I selected in stock, they provided an immediate refund enabling me to buy elsewhere. They also have very competitive pricing.
