Helpful staff, easy purchase

The1st chair ordered was out of stock, the office rang and helped me to second choice - an up grade for the same price. I found all employees very helpful and polite, it was one of the easies purchases we have made.
The delivery people were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend on our experience.

Superb all round service & unbeatable prices

From start to finish ReliMobility have been fantastic. I phoned up a few times needing more information as to the size of the rollators when folded down as we have hubby's mobility scooter in the car too. Lady went off straight away to check.

The prices on ReliMobility are better than prices I found anywhere else & believe me I always check just about everywhere, the service is unbeatable.

We settled on a Tall Nitro in red as hubby is 6'3" - it's as beautifully classy as we hoped it was going to be & hubby says it just feels like he's gliding along. It's already had quite a few admiring glances.

Mobility scooter

I needed to buy a mobility scooter and had researched the one I wanted. Relimobility offered the scooter at a VERY good price but I was extremely cautious as they are an online supplier only. I phoned them up and they were very helpful. They had one only of the scooter (it’s a new model) so I ordered it and kept my fingers crossed. I needn’t have worried. Relimobility told me when to expect delivery and we’re as good as their word. The scooter arrived on time, perfect condition and at a really good price.

Bellavita Bath Lift with Vitaturn L
This was purchased as a replacement for an old Bath Lift which was not functioning correctly for my Step Dad. The advice that was given and service was exceptional, right down to filling in the VAT exemption certificate. Delivery was quick and easy. Add in the price was very competitive they should get 10 stars.

four wheeled walker

this walker is stable and useful indoors for small spaces.
the only drawback is the brake which is hard to use and fingers easily get caught in between the bars.

I have been waiting for an order for 19…

I have been waiting for an order for 19 days that was expected, according to their website, in 2-5 days. Despite numerous emails I have been unable to get any confirmation as to the expected delivery date. I have just called to speak to them and have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I was told that they could not give me an update, I would just have to wait, or they would cancel my order. I told them this is a necessity not a luxury item and I did not want to cancel my order. I just wanted an update and asked them to contact me next week with an update on when I could expect delivery. The rudest man I have ever spoken to in a customer service role told me he would just cancel my order. I reiterated that I did not want to cancel my order, this was an item I needed and did not want to have to try and source elsewhere. I told them that their customer service was poor. His response, and I quote verbatim was "Well if we deliver such poor customer service, you dont want to deal with us so I will cancel your order" I strongly advise anyone against dealing with this company. I am astounded at the way I have just been spoken to and the complete lack of customer service.

Ordered a commode from this company

Ordered a commode from this company. Payment taken very quickly. They rang me to say they did not have any stock and would do a refund the same day. Needed to get one ASAP so said I needed it in the bank that day . Turns out they did a reversal which can take 7+days. Left a couple of messages and emails but no reply. No customer care

I would give 0 stars but unable to. I would say to all avoid at all costs. Wheelchair arrived damaged, which seems to be such a common experience they have it on the dispatch information as the first note to say accept parcel then arrange return. I contacted within 20 mins (took a few calls to be answered) and requested return and replacement. I completed my tasks as instructed and awaited contact. None came. I emailed asking for confirmation of a replacement within 24 hrs, if there wasn't a replacement available then a full refund. No reply so called the next day to find out what was happening. Very abrupt person on the end of the phone saying that I'd requested a refund and that would be processed and take 10 days. Why 10 days, less than 10 seconds to come out of my account. Wasn't interested in any sort of customer support. They will undoubtedly make me out to be difficult and I can assure you I wasn't but looking through the reviews, every bad review is blamed on the customer. Up to you obviously what you do but I would advise not being involved with this company. We'll see how long it takes now for a refund to turn up. (only just finished on the phone with them). I will be logging a complaint with trading standards. Might not do anything but I'll try any way. Hopefully you'll avoid or not have the experience I have.

I ordered a Bariatric Sentra wheelchair…

I ordered a Bariatric Sentra wheelchair online on 28 May 2021, and have paid the extra money for a 'next working day' delivery. Not only can I not get through to RELIMOBILITY by telephone (the recording says leave a message which I have done SEVERAL times), but I have had no reply to my email on the same subject. Your company has my £307 and I have no chair, and no idea when, or if, it will arrive at my home in Cornwall. Order ID number 10383. Please will it EVER be possible to speak to a human being at your business? This lack of communication, therefore service, has been a shocking and frustrating time for me as a registered severely disabled person.

The worst experience I’ve have in a…

The worst experience I’ve have in a long time! Ordered from them and paid the money, waited 7 days and could see the item hadn’t been dispatched, so I phoned them and was told “oh yeah it hasn’t been shipped yet because you live in Northern Ireland there has been an extra delivery charge added” nobody told me this! If I hadn’t of phoned would they have even bothered to let me no? So that was fine, paid the extra money (which there was no mention of when I purchased, as I checked everywhere because I am in Northern Ireland I expected there to be a bigger delivery charge) waited another 7 days nothing! Still nothing! Phoned again “Yeah it hasn’t been sent yet because we need to find a courier that’s willing to take the job as you’re in Northern Ireland they are all charging a lot of money £150/200+ and we don’t want to charge you anymore since you’ve already paid more delivery as it is, I’ll keep trying”. So again that was fine I waited and waited nothing! Phoned again, “Yeah we are still trying to find someone that is willing to take the item to you that isn’t too expensive, I don’t know when” - No apologies no offer of any alternative just I’m still looking you will have to wait or you can just get a refund, I think this was there whole intention all along, wait that long and she’ll want a refund as we cannot find someone to take the job over to Northern Ireland! Messed me about for WEEKS! A whole MONTH back and forth! The item I needed for my disabled relative, it’s not something that could of just been left and with the price of the thing having to wait on the refund being up to 10 working days was an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs, especially a worker called John!

Unlike many other companies, we are still trying to service Northern Ireland. However there are a number of challenges in doing this which is why many companies have stopped shipping to Northern Ireland.

It seems in this instance us trying to be helpful has ultimately landed us with a negative review and you leaving a defamatory comment regarding a staff member who was trying their best to help you. Thankfully all of our other customers who we have shipped products to in Northern Ireland since Brexit have been understanding of the situation, patient, received their products and are extremely happy with both the product and service. As you can also see from our reviews our team member John receives high praise from many of our customers and we often have repeat business from customers who request to deal with John due to how well they have been looked after previously.

Drive Nitro Rollator Review.

5 star for quality, 5 star for value for money & 5 star for great Customer Service. The Nitro Rollator is excellent value for money. The build and quality is second to none. One of its best features being by far is the brake and locking system, which is very good even on a steep incline, this rollator isn't going anywhere.

The ride is smooth and the product is very very easy to use. It arrived with the Carry Bag already attached and the Height Adjustment needed no adjustments. Sitting is comfortable and the folding up presents no problem and easily fits into the average boot of a car.

My contact John at Relimobility kept me up to speed date with delivery times, progress and kept me informed on all issues to do with my order. It arrived the very next day after speaking to John and was unpacked and able to use straight away. Very impressed indeed.

Specialist tall walker for my father…

I needed a tall walker for my father due to his height a normal walker was not suitable. It was not at all easy to find one but ReliMobility did one which was great. Due to the Suez Canal issues at this time it took over 6 weeks to be delivered but John was great and kept me informed and helped when I chased it up to ensure it was delivered as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.
