Bath Lift

I bought a bath lift for my dad. The service was outstanding, it arrive within a matter of days. The product is amazing it does exactly what I bought it for.

I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing any future items from here when needed.

Poor communication- Avoid !!!

Ordered a scooter via EBAY and they had confirmed it had been dispatched. No further communication, when we queried where the product was they said it had been lost- they made no attempt to contact us and had a “couldn’t be bothered attitude’ - no doubt they will respond to this and say we were absusive, for the record we weren’t we just told them we would leave a poor review, which of course they didn’t like. They did refund monies immediately, but communication was extremely poor. Have now purchased the product we originally ordered from a reputable company with excellent communication. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole- they held onto a large sum of money and made no effort to let us know there were issues.

We are sorry your order did not go smoothly.

It is true that the pallet company had lost the scooter in the network, however you did not wish to wait for them to look for the item within their network as you needed the item quickly. We processed the refund immediately as requested.

I will say it is interesting that your review states "no doubt they will respond to this and say we were absusive". I don't think we need to go into detail regarding the comments that were made towards our staff.

We needed a new wheelchair to replace old broken one before going on holiday.

I Paid the extra money for 'next working day' delivery. Two days later, nothing. made contact with Relimobility, telling me the wheelchair would be with me the next day. Next day came, still no delivery. Made contact again, was told it would be with me five days later at the earliest. Made no apologies or attempts to solve the problem. just offered me a refund, which I have yet to receive.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The amateurish looking website should be a clue that they are a cowboy outfit, and have no understanding of the sensitivity that physical disability should be treated with.

I have taken a look at your order and can see that you opted to make a finance application with our 3rd party finance provider to enable you to pay monthly for your order.

We are unable to dispatch any product until we have verification from the finance provider that your application was successful. Having discussed this with you, we were informed the product was needed sooner than we could deliver due to the time taken for the finance application approval and the coming bank holiday and you were offered a full refund which you accepted. Your refund has already been processed from our end and is awaiting the finance provider to issue this to you.

As you can clearly see from our reviews, your claim of us being a "cowboy outfit" is not the opinion shared by the majority.

Excellent service

This was my first purchase from ReliMobility, but it definitely won’t be my last.
The website was clear and easy to navigate.
The range of products was extensive and prices were competitive.
I was looking for a bed fleece and they had exactly what I wanted.
The ordering process was easy and I was kept informed throughout of the items delivery.

I ordered my 81 year old mum the Nitro…

I ordered my 81 year old mum the Nitro rollator by Drive in May this year. She didn't really want a mobility walker but since it arrived she has been going for walks in the park and out to the shops; stopping to talk to friends and neighbours on the way, which gives her a great sense of freedom. The design of this rollator is fantastic and worth every penny for the extra cost over other makes and models. The seat and backrest is a superb design and my mum can sit and have a rest when necessary and it's so comfortable. The attached shopping basket is very spacious and has a zip for extra security. Overall she is extremely happy with her rollator, and I'm so glad I ordered it for her. The service from Relimobility was excellent.

This is the third mobility aid I have…

This is the third mobility aid I have purchased from ReliMobility and with each item the transaction was fast,flawless and without any problems at all.The purchases were a "Manual wheelchair",Mobility Scooter and this time a rise and recline chair.The transport charges were I think amazingly reasonable considering they were being delivered to the Isle of Man,and arrived on a small pallet safely and in a very quick time frame.Would have no hesitation in recommending.Last but not least the prices were the best I could find for each item.

Don’t buy from these jokers walk away

I bought a mobility scooter which stopped working after a month left stranded in a park for 2 hrs which is bad enough but when ringing up to inform them of my now defunct scooter ....no apology no eagerness to help solve the problem just condescending tone customer service more like customer indifference ....don’t buy from this company choose someone else ....UPDATE ....it took them more than six months to reply to this review with downright lies and inaccuracies. I repeat to anyone reading this review walk away from this company which is run by absolute jokers.

We are sorry you encountered an issue with your scooter.

Our team did say that they would send out an engineer to assess the scooter and to resolve the issue for you. Due to the coronavirus pandemic things were a little bit slower than usual and this would have taken around a week.

However you wanted an engineer to turn up on that same day. As we were unable to arrange for an engineer that same day, you told us you were going to find another company who would see you sooner.

We do believe that with the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the request and the situation across the country, 1 week was a more than reasonable timescale.
