Hello. I recently Purchased replacement seat cover for our bath chair lift. Its an Akkulift product, and the covers, after much use,they became brittle, and split. The only ones I could find at a reasonable, and in stock retailer, was ReliMobility. I sent a message asking if they could supply replacements to me. I was was informed by a very helpful representative, John, they only did replacements for Bellavita Bath Lift covers,and he couldn't guarantee the Bellavita covers would fit. A friend had bought Bellavita covers for his Akkulift, and assured me they fit perfectly. So I purchased two sets, ( a set in storage for a later date) including Vat relief, and Free delivery. And they do fit perfectly, including the press stud's to secure the covers to the seat. My experience was brilliant at ReilMobility. and delivery was very quick and well packed. I fully recommend this company, and they will be my first stop if I need any mobility aids in the future. Thank you to them all.

I ordered two half steps only to find a few days later they were out of stock.
However, they offered me alternatives, slightly dearer price, informing me that they could supply the stock items, at the same cheaper price of previous order.
Confirmed I was happy with that and delivery was made the next day.

Great company to deal with excellent customer service. I purchased an Acre Carbon Ultralight Rollator standard which is a beautiful product but unfortunately the seat was not wide enough for my husband. I called John who was unable to supply the larger one and offered a refund. He arranged for the Rollator to be collected at my expense as per terms and conditions. He emailed me to say that he had received the Rollator and the money was refunded onto my card immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending this company
