I wonderful company to deal with!!

I wonderful company to deal with!!
The most reasonably priced with excellent delivery times.
I was subsequently lent a commode after ordering with the company and called to see if the order could be cancelled.
Amazing customer service, John made the effort and took the time to locate the order and re direct back to the store with no charge.
Will definitely be using this company again.

Profiteering at the expense of the elderly.

I think when you compare the price of the leg elevators to the cost of an entire chair there is some profiteering going on at the expense of old and disabled people.
I suppose I should just consider myself lucky that I should be able to get them at all.
I do appreciate that your price was the best so my comments apply even more to other suppliers.

These elevated leg rests were supplied to you at as close as possible to cost price. Once you include the cost of us obtaining the product itself from the manufacturer, the postage and packaging costs.

Therefore to make a statement that we are profiteering is extremely misleading and wholly incorrect.

We provide our customers with exceptional value for money when you factor in everything from our customer service, product quality, speed of delivery and after sales support.

I will note your review does state, the price you paid at your time of purchase was the best you could find in the market?
