Contacted Reneweco Solutions to carry out an EPC review of my property. The staff who i encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Efficient and friendly service. Would recommend!

Easy to schedule EPC through Chris and Peter, they had good availability and got it booked in quickly. Owen did the survey, he was on time, very polite and courteous. Overall, would recommend to anyone else requiring EPC.

From start to finish, the entire EPC assessment process was professional, efficient, friendly and courteous... Chris Crutcher was the key coordinator from the booking to my payment.. The scheduling of the work was flexible to fit in with my priorities and, very importantly, the EPC certification work on the prescribed dates was conducted very effectively by Mark and Owen who were respectiveful, communicative and kept the informed of the process and outcome!
I have no hesitation in recommending Reneweco to anyone requiring a swift and efficient organisation!!

Assessment not conducive and inconsistent ratings with other properties in the cul de sac given that all the properties were build by the same developer and materials.

Reneweco chased invoice before reconciliation of their accounts causing unnecessary phone calls and distress for the customer. At least get your house in order before chasing payments. Survey was carried out on 13th September and payment was made by their suggested method (debit card) online on the same day.

Needed to get an EPC done for a house sale and it couldn't have been easier. Emails were replied to promptly and a date arranged that suited us. The completed EPC was emailed to us on the same day and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thank you Chris

Unintrusive survey of property by the examiners, polite and knowledgeable.

The communication was fantastic. I was called back within the hour, an appointment was arranged when I requested and the person called on the day to update me on an exact time, rather than the usual ...sometime in the morning!

Found at that an out of date EPC was holding up my BTL mortgage offer, as well as another mortgage offer. So contacted Reneweco Solutions, who emailed me straight away with a price and a survey date. They visited the property and sent me the new EPC report instantly! solving my hold up issues.

Extremely easy to book an EPC survey via email. Prompt response from Pete at the office and a professional and efficient survey of our home conducted by Tyler.
