Very efficient EPC service.

Renewco were able to make the appointment time we requested and issued the EPC very quickly with the invoice following a few days later.

Good communications and straightforward process.

EPC completed in less than a day

Reneweco Solutions were able to conduct my EPC (and return the completed paper work) the same day as I emailed them! Quick, professional, and thorough - very pleased with them

Fantastic service all round

Fantastic service all round. Needed an EPC for a house sale. Original enquiry was responded to very quickly and a date and time to suit me arranged. The assessor arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection. She explained the process and we received the certificate in less than 4 hours.
What a great service! I can highly recommend Renewco Solutions. Thank you very much.

Would recommend

I asked Reneweco to carry out two EPC assessments on two properties on behalf of my boss who is the landlord. They carried out the inspections in good time, organising the visits with the tenants directly. The cost is fair and communication has been very good. I will use again and would recommend.

Superb service

From the first contact by telephone the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to explain. The person who conducted my EPC was cheerful and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
