This company is just a bunch of scammers! No notification about ending the "free- trial". I wasn't even able to approve the payment, they just took it out of the card. The page is not working properly.

TOTAL SCAM!

Worst app ever. TOTAL SCAM!! Never use it for anything!! I paid the 1€ 7day trial to see how it works & speak to a few landlords. The numbers don't even exist & the landlords never get back to you via their 'messaging function'.

Then after the 7 days they charge me an "automated subscription fee" of €39 which I definitely didn't consent to. They keep all this info vaguely in the so called "fine print".

0 stars to this scammed of a website. They charge you £35 for the worst service ever. You never hear back from any of the landlords. The number is non existent, the operator will literally tell you the number doesn't exist. Something needs to be done about these frauds.
Edit: the number listed for rentola is the one I got a "thid number does not exist" message when I dialed wanting to speak to someone.

Scam

This company all what they want is to get your card details with the trial version, then it is imposible to delete your data from their system. Be Careful!

They got me the full amount from my card after several attempts I couldn't stop it. They offer Not refund.

A complete nightmare

A complete nightmare! Rentola offered a one-week trial subscription, which I accepted. They charged me immediately, but none of the landlords I contacted ever replied. When I tried to cancel the subscription, I couldn’t even log in, if I ask for a password reset, I receive no reply. How convenient! If I don’t manage to cancel within the week, they’ll keep charging me on repeat. I’ve now blocked my credit card and reported the situation to my bank as fraud.

My review was in August 2025 and you are replying in February 2026! there is nothing you can do now.

Con, listings out of date. Impossible to cancel subscription. Rubbish customer service.

I paid to join then immediately cancelled when I realised it was a rip off. After 3 MONTHS of payments being taken, 3 MONTHS of me repeatedly asking to cancel my subscription. 3 MONTHS of them saying my details aren't on record. I've had to put a block on Rentola via my bank or theyd still be taking money.
Absolute con AVOID you pay to see listings and get properties that aren't on other sites. They aren't on other sites because they are out of date. The ones that were listed, were on all the other search sites.

Subscription charged without clear consent

I paid €1 thinking it was a one-time trial, but Rentola tried to charge €39 afterwards. I canceled everything, contacted support, and blocked the payment via my bank. This kind of hidden subscription is not okay. I hope Rentola improves transparency and support.

Every property except one was no longer vacant. I immediately unsubscribed after reading other peoples' reveiews of the hidden charges (about which I knew nothing. I paid the initial $2 and regret it. Would rather have bought a lolly.

A total scam

A total scam. You are lured into paying £1 to get landlord details, which you don't get! And then you're in a monthly subscription that you didn't know you'd signed up for (it's not obvious). I cancelled the subscription as soon as I realised, and they still charged me afterwards, so I had to block their payments via my bank. Avoid like the plague.

They have fake info. Τha's why they dοn't have mail, or phone, Σo as we subscribe+Just after, the apartement we see, pending for 2-4 months in amazing price, didappears! I kept printshots. I only signed up for the €1 trial on…

I only signed up for the €1 trial on Rentola, but without any clear confirmation or warning, €39 was withdrawn from my account. I did not authorize this charge, nor was I properly informed that a paid subscription would automatically start.
I sent an email to their support more than one week ago, but I have received no response at all. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.
As an EU resident, I am protected under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which requires clear consent before charging for subscriptions. This practice is a violation of my consumer rights.
I request:
Full cancellation of any subscription.
Immediate refund of the €39.
I strongly advise others to be very careful. I will escalate this further if I receive no resolution.

Money scammers

They don’t announce you when your trial period ends, so they don t have a problem by taking your money and don t respond to your e-mails.
Every landlord from the platform ghosted me. I’ve made a trial period for 1$ and then I forgot about the membership. Serious app give you an e-mail day before the renewal. They just took my money and said that is my responsability. Even if I only lost time on their platform. Thank you guys, you are a serious company!
