Great company. Speedy to get score to the different agencies. I saw a 12 point boost after month one. Not what I expected however I’m looking forward to it increasing more over time. Affordable monthl... See more

This has been a great experience from the beginning. Once I signed up and got verified, My rental payment history was reported to all three credit bureaus and boosted my score tremendously! I was about to qualify for purchases I needed to improve the quality of living for my family!

Service was amazing and professional. Did exactly what they said they did with no delay. Honestly it reported way faster then I expected

They are the worst customer service lies like it's their job they stalk and make counter offers to refund request and when you don't take it then they will say sorry you don't qualify for a refund. Run don't walk away from this company if your landlord doesn't comply and jump through their hoops then you are out the 94+ it's in the small in the terms and conditions but not the 1000 places you see their proud money back guarantee..they are scum heartless evil people especially Jacqueline Shire and Tamika

I’ve been using rent reports for years and I’ve always have a good experience with reporting and everything !

I was nervous at first, but rent reporting turned out to be super straightforward. I added my rental history and saw a meaningful credit score increase within the first reporting cycle. The process was simple: connect landlord, verify payments, and they handled the reporting. Customer support answered questions quickly and kept me updated. Getting approved for credit has been much smoother since. Great value.

I went through the process and immediately starting having problems. Setup said contact customer support. No one answers the phone. Emailed them - got an autoresponder saying email was unmonitored but the email is the same as their privacy policy email. Tried to get help - no response. Asked for a refund - no respone - had to dispute with my credit card company

They denied me of reporting my credit to the credit bureaus. No explanation just that they didn't except me. I asked if it was credit based they said no. My Drivers license and social security is 100% valid. The fact that the can't tell me why they turned me down is unprofessional. No letter with an explanation. Just that they decided not to accept me.

RentReporters is a joke. Paid Registration fee and for a year subscription upfront. My property manager decided not send in the verification information that was required. They only refunded my yearly subscription. They just kept my $94.37. Scam stay away!

I paid for a subscription in May/25. Within 5 days my rent was reported to equifax and transunion. My scores shot up. They say they reported to Experien, but I don’t see it on my page of their website and Experian says they have nothing. They say they reported my rent payment for June on June, 2 2025. It has yet to post, so my credit has now tanked because it looks like I missed a payment, when I have in fact not. I call rent reporters, they say they posted it, I call the credit bureaus and they say nothing was reported. Neither will look into what the other is doing. Looks like I need to file a complaint with the FTC and CFPB. I’m in the middle of purchasing a home and they tanked my credit by not reporting!
Asking for additional info. Started May 30. They posted my rent but never posted Junes payment which was already made on the 2nd. This makes it look like I missed a rent payment. Now they are a month behind. Asked them to contact the credit bureaus to make sure June was posted and they refused. I pay YOU for this service!

5 Years
I've been a RentReporters customer for 5 years. When I started I didn't have credit of any kind and I didn't want to play the credit card game, so this was a huge breath of fresh air. I've never had any problems with communication, moving, or updating information. I usually use the live chat feature, and I think I called a couple times a couple years ago and never had a problem. I was able to report at least one (maybe 2 but I don't really remember) previous tenancies before I started with RentReporters, so it gave me a jump start on building credit.
I just cancelled my subscription today because I finally purchased a home, in no small part because of the credit RentReporters helped me establish and build.

Greedy and difficult to work with. I previously used rent reporters and was thankful for their service, but since I moved out in August, I reached out and let them know I'd like to cancel, then attempted to online, but it didn't work. Finally after a few more months I was tired of the charge and cancelled and verified. It was over, but I asked for a partial or full refund for the 9 months where they did not provide me any reporting service and they were aware I did not have a rental during some of that time. Their team lead, Jacquelyn, responded with a quote from their policy and even after she knew of my life events, she had no mercy, kindness or compassion- she just followed up with their need to hold policy based on the greed they have in running a business. It's sad.
It was tacky, unprofessional and lacks being a great customer support experience. She spent paid time on the clock looking into my situation, but could have more easily just refunded me half or all at my request for not using their services or even a credit of those months towards future use of their services, but no creative solution was found and she held firm on their greedy, uncompassionate service.

First of all, you can never talk to anyone in person. Secondly, if you go through the online chat before you actually sign up, they're very nice and tell you what you want to hear. After I signed up however, they sang a different tune. When I requested a refund, they referred me to the fine print of the contract. As a result, I lost over a $100 here and would caution you against signing with them. Unethical and dishonest business in my experience.

I signed up, paid $119.00 got email stating my address is listed as commercial and can not be used, they will not call the landlord to verify anything, I canceled my account and asked for a refund. Do not use this place
RentReporters.com is a complete scam that preys on unsuspecting customers. Here's my frustrating experience:
I signed up for their service using my ITIN number, which they initially accepted without issue.
When I submitted my documents for verification, they suddenly claimed they do not accept ITIN numbers - after already taking my $50+ payment.
Despite their error and misleading sign-up process, they refuse to provide a refund, hiding behind vague "terms of service".
I've been trying to resolve this for TWO MONTHS, and they have been completely unresponsive.
The most infuriating part is their bait-and-switch tactic: accepting my application with ITIN, taking my money, and then refusing service without a proper refund. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are unethical.
Save yourself the headache and money - avoid RentReporters.com at all costs!

If I cam give zero stars I would prefer that! They randomly charge my card. Even after a Payment has been paid. I haven't seen a score increase. And it's been almost a year now. I received an email saying some fees would be waived. But I was still randomly charged. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I'm hoping for some resolve from the company or I will pursue resolved by other means.
