How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
They ask you to write a.positive review or they won't cancel.y9ur subscription
Company tried to blackmail me to post a review to get a refund.
I used this company a while back but never wrote a review. Then this company's practices came to light. They will purposefully charge you when you have cancelled their service, and then force you to give a 5 star review in order to get your rightful refund.
Do not use this company.
yeah, you cancel and then get forced to leave a positive review otherwise they will not accept the cancelation.
shady, stay away.
After cancelling my subscription, I was then charged a reoccurring rate. Upon contacting support, I received an email saying that I had cancelled it a few hours too late, and normally in these circumstances they wouldn’t be able to issue a refund.
They then continue to write, that if I left them a five star review on Trustpilot, the refund would be issued.
Not only does this go against Trustpilot’s review policy, it is also misleading to consumers and falls into unfair commercial practices, as it manipulates reviews and pressures customers.
If you face the same problem, I suggest you raise a dispute with your bank and attach the email sent by the company.
They will only issue a refund of you leave a positive review.
Scam. Forces you to write a positive review on TrustPilot to cancel your subscription
Trying to blackmail people for a review. Holding their money hostage until they get one.

Should be banned from trust pilot
Customer service agents withhold refunds until a good review is posted to this site. Shocking behaviour
This place bribes users for good reviews. If you see anything decent said never forget — they literally won’t give a legally required refund until you post a feel good review for their parasitic company.
Burn. For. Eternity.
Attempting to bribe your clients for 5 star reviews is an interesting business model. It’s a shame it didn’t work out for you. should be fired, honestly a disgusting and disgraceful person and company
They wont issue refunds until you leave a fake good review.
I hope you like this review :)
They told me I had to write a good review to get my money back. Guess what, I'm writing a bad review and disputing the charge with my bank.
Company tries to extort users to recieve 5 star Trustpilot reviews
Blackmailing people who want to leaqve the service into leaving positive reviews here on Trustpilot. Therefore don't trust any positive review, you can;t be sure those people weren't coerced.
When i cancelled my subscription they still took money from me for the next month and when i emailed them asking for a refund they tried to blackmail me and get me to give a 5 star trustpilot review before giving me the refund, this was done by Emilia Nyman.
Company uses bribery & hostage tactics to force a TrustPilot review before providing legal refunds. This process is disgusting and has been referred to law enforcement for compliance to the law.
Their service was decent until I tried to cancel my subscription. I was told that somehow I'd passed the date to cancel my subscription (no mention of this anywhere) and that if I wanted a refund, I'd have to submit a positive trustpilot review. Pretty shady and won't be using them again.
