Customer service I must say is amazing, I purchased a subscription and forgot to cancel, however rentumo’s customer service team managed to make an exception for me, and I must say I am well pleased, thank you very much and definitely more likely to use this website in the future when I am back looking for property’s. :)

This is a fraudulent website designed to take your bank details and debit your account.
The deliberate unclear subscription process with small print terms is how they profit.
The answers to the same complaints are templated copy and paste responses with no accountability of their fraudulent activity,
Go through your bank to get your money back.

Updated review - still no resolution
Initially gave 1 star for misleading subscription process. Rentumo took £80 without clear consent claiming I didn't cancel after the £1 trial. Multiple users report similar issues.
After complaining they offered a single month's citing saying 'agreed terms'. No clear explanation or evidence provided.
Escalating to bank and FO. Beware of unclear subscription terms.
You have taken £152 from my account! Your subscription process is deliberately covert otherwise you would not have multiple reviews saying the same thing. If you are legit then you should have the integrity to refund money which has been taken unknowingly from innocent people.

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Sam! I had enjoyed browsing through the website and looking at rentals, a very straight forward platform, however i accidentally signed up to a subscription that i can’t afford and Sam resolved this within just a few hours. Overall 5 star experience and great customer service. 😀

Your team have responded but are useless once again. They refuse to refund me £35, for a subscription that was supposed to be £1. I cancelled my subscription before my trial ended and it still charged me £35. They checked their system, saw that I did not use their service past the trial period, and still refused to give me a refund. Do not fall for Rentumos 'trial' period or any agency websites as such with the same trap. They wont help later.
