Awesome service. Quick, fast and great to deal with. They repaired two arms for me on two sets of glasses without any trouble, including one pair of Moscot frames I thought were too far gone!

I was initially so sceptical of this website, but wow!

Sunglasses were shipped by me on Tuesday 4th. Received by company on Thursday 6th, and was completed and shipped back out on Thursday 6th.

The sunglasses were in bad shape, left arm was completely bent, left lens was wonky and bent forward, completely unwearable and I thought were broke forever. So the same day dispatch from the company had me even more sceptical!

Sunglasses were received today, Saturday 8th, in perfect condition and appear completely brand new. Wow. Thank you!

I'm so glad i found this repair service. Sent in some rare raybans i bought 15 years ago that had the nose rest broken off. They repaired them and sent them back within a few days for £25. You don't get service as good as that very often these days! Thanks so much repair glasses!

Ancient Bausch & Lomb lensed Ray Ban aviator sunglasses frame was broken on the bridge. Very wary of sending them away but not only was the repair excellent, the cost very reasonable but the care and attention to return the glasses packed as carefully as I had sent them. I am astonished at the high level of expertise and care taken. Thank you.

This is the second time I've used this company to repair my glasses after the dog had almost destroyed them. Both times I have been amazed at the repairs. This time I was told by the opticians that I nothing could be done to repair them. Then I remembered Repair Glasses and they have done an amazing job to rebuild the arm and fix the hinge. I am so grateful to them and would recommend these guys to anyone without hesitation. Sent them off and got them returned all fixed within 3 days.... amazing. Thank you so much.

Wow! Dads new, pricey glasses were mangled by an ambulance crew (fair, they saved his leg). Arms were bent and bridge had come away from the lens (frameless). Found these guys Googling glasses repair whilst sitting in Boots Opticians while they faffed about telling me what couldn’t be done. I was sceptical but had little to lose. Glasses Repair turned them around amazingly quickly (probably within a day at their end, plus postage) and returned them looking as though nothing had happened in the first place. In Dads words ‘bloody brilliant’!

Great service. No nonsense. Fast, unnoticeable repair.

Amazing service. Sent an email with a photo asking if they could help. Same day response. Posted my glasses to them the following day and they were returned, all fixed 48 hours later. Very pleased.

Amazing turnaround. Posted Wednesday - received back on Saturday. New welded arm on titanium frame which high-street company said was irreparable and needed to be binned.

I can echo other reviewers - this was a first class service from Repair Glasses. Initial and follow up emails were answered promptly. I then sent my glasses for a double hinge repair (after a high street optician wrote them off) and received them back, as new, within 5 days, which included a Sunday. Would definitely use again.

What can I say other than amazing service. Cost and effective repair costs. I only sent my glasses Wednesday and were back Saturday. I also emailed and had an immediate response. Would definitely recommend and use again. My glasses look great

I telephoned Matt at Glasses repair for a quote, a quote i couldn't refuse....
i sent 2 pairs of RayBans to Glasses repair and within 2 days i was told my RayBans were repaired and shipped back to me.
upon opening my package i was astonished to see my sad old RayBans transformed into beautiful Sunglasses. i cannot thank Matt enough for such a quick turnaround and magnificent repairs, you would never know either pair had been repaired.
so i highly recommend Glasses-repair for any repairs you may need to any kind of spectacles/eyewear.

As others have said, I took my favourite expensive sunglasses to Boots and Specsavers opticians and neither were interested in fixing the lens that had fallen out.

I read the reviews on here and these so good that I sent my sunglasses off without a stamp and Repair Glasses called me up and we sorted out postage. The sunglasses were returned shortly afterwards in perfect condition.

As others have said, this is what customer service used to be like. Perhaps they could run our councils.
