Repair Glasses Reviews 

I snapped my varifocal glasses arm on Saturday. Went to my optician who said a week turnaround, just couldn't survive that long without my eyes! So had a little google and found these guys! I spoke to Matt on Monday, sent them that day and here I am on Wednesday writing this with my wonderfully fixed glasses! Amazing, thank you so much and for a great price to! Highly recommend :)

I could not recommend this company highly enough. Matthew is such a lovely guy and repaired my Rayban Wayfarers to perfection. I posted them on a Tuesday and got them back two days later. Unbelievable! 10/10. Thank you again.

This is the second time I have used this excellent service. Within barely half an hour of my glasses being delivered for repair I received a message saying they had be repaired and were on their way back to me. I received them the very next day. The repair to the metal frames was virtually invisible. If you break your glasses this is the place to go to.

I contacted the company as a result of seeing the positive reviews on this forum. I had a vintage pair of Rayban wayfarers original sunglasses which were broken and as I thought .. fit for the bin! From the first contact with their office I was reassured that they would do the best job that they could… I really was not too confident that they could be repaired . I received the glasses back this morning ( really quick turnaround) The glasses look like new …an absolutely incredible job of work. My thanks to this company for its professionalism and fantastic customer service , they deserve all the credit due to them and I highly recommended them.

Brilliant service, posted Tuesday, received back Thursday all fixed!

I sent my Winchesters in to glasses-repair.co.uk and received them back within 48 hours. The repair is neat and tidy and I'm very happy that I get to keep wearing the glasses I love.

I broke someone elses favourite RayBans but Repair Glasses have fixed as new and very quickly too. Highly recommend.

What an amazing company. Would highly recommend them. I unfortunately stepped on my eye glasses and was told by specsavers they could not be repaired. Thank goodness for repair glasses!! Not only did they fix them but I had them returned the next day. 5* and I will definitely be using them again

High quality service; fixed my broken glasses frame as my left arm had snapped of and they replaced it perfectly with a new hinge. Very quick delivery and got it back within 2 days; also excellent customer service and respond quickly to any queries. Would recommend to anybody that has an issue with their glasses and needs repairing. 10/10.

I had snapped the arm off my rayban frames with Carl Zeis lenses.

I found this company online and having checked the trust pilot reviews I then sent my glasses off forgetting to add any details in the parcel of who it belonged to etc. when the glasses didn’t arrive fixed I called the company and spoke to a really helpful person called Matthew:-) he explained that a lot of people send glasses with no details lol.

Thankfully that had happened because Matthew pointed out the arm I had included didn’t match my glasses!

It turned out my husband had tried to repair my glasses with an old arm he had lying around and I had inadvertently sent the wrong arm!!

I then sent the correct arm and my glasses were returned to me all fixed and perfect again!!!

I highly recommend this company. I am grateful to Matthew thanks from another very happy customer!!

Fantastic service from an amazing company. I had crushed my designer frameless prescription glasses, bending the arms and misaligning them, causing one arm to be loose and floppy. The opticians I purchased them from just tightened the screw (twice) after warning me that this might crack the lense! The repair only lasted a few days each time! Having read the great reviews of Repair Glasses, I took the chance and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My glasses were returned just a couple of days later as good as new, the frames perfectly repaired and properly realigned with the lenses. I am thrilled with the results. It is wonderful but so rare to find a company that is so efficient, reliable and so good at what they do. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
