Excellent engineer
Excellent engineer, rectified problem, contacted myself to notify me of date and time of repair, very helpful. polite, efficient, clean and tidy, was very helpful when explaining my washing machine to me giving helpful tips to utilise my machine. Excellent service would recommend this excellent plan with fast and efficient service to all my family and friends. Brilliant engineer, excellent customer service from start to finish from all staff involved.

Friendly team, great service
the team at Springplans where fantastic, I spoke to a lovely young gentleman named Liam, who was professional, companionate and understanding. The Engineer (Carl) arrived within 4 hours and managed to fix the problem for me. I would certainly recommend Spring plans and have done already. Start to Finish was easy and stress free
