Scott was fantastic! On time, polite, tidy and repaired the (very large) TV quickly. He plugged everything back in and made sure it all worked before leaving, taking all the packaging with him. Highly recommend him for future work!

Our Samsung Tumble Dryer had failed and was generating a loud banging noise. Hayden from Repair Guys was scheduled for initial triage visit, where he arrived on time and in line with text message updates. He stripped the machine and found fault with a Vent Fan, which he had a replacement on the van. However this fault had also caused consequential damage to the Motor and had to be ordered. We waited around a week for the part to arrive and reschedule for a second fix appointment, which was completed successfully. Overall happy with the repair, no fuss or long winded forms. Repair Guys worked directly with Samsung Warranty efficiently and effectively to repair my product.
