I have been really impressed with the service. Very quick call-out time. Scott, who did the repair, was very efficient and fixed everything. This is the second time I've now used them, and on both occasions Scott has been brilliant with our televisions. Thank you so much.

Matthew was brilliant and provided a top-tier service. He was very quick, friendly, and diagnosed the issue with my tumble dryer immediately. He explained exactly what was wrong and ordered the parts straight away. Even though he warned me that parts might be tricky to source due to the specific brand, he assured me he’d do his best to get it sorted. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my appliances now—highly recommend

Faulty tumble dryer, they rang and organised a repair for as soon as possible! Which is as really good! Matthew came round and repaired the tumble dryer. Good chat, friendly. Can’t complain just what was expected.

After reporting the faulty TV to John Lewis under their guarantee they arranged for the Repairguys to inspect the TV. Scott turned up and indicated what he thought the fault was and would take it back to be repaired. This repair was done and Scott returned the TV

Matthew was friendly, quick and efficient. He is very polite and patient and always happy to share his knowledge to widen the lifespan of your appliances and I can not recommend him enough!

The excellence of this company's customer service cannot be overstated! Every interaction I have had with them has been extremely helpful and friendly. On my first call Darren was great trying to help sort out the warrantee so that I wouldn't be saddled with the repair cost. Then either Richard or Nicholas (I am so sorry I can't remember your name) went above and beyond at the very end of the day on a Friday to sort stuff out for me. He didn't try to rush me off the phone so that he could go home, and was instead patient and helpful until the situation was sorted. Both the lovely Pete and the equally lovely Hayden, the engineers who came to look at the freezer, were fantastic. Knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. After initially trying to speak to someone at Samsung, which left me frustrated, fuming, and none the wiser, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to the chaps at the Repair Guys. Can't thank you all enough.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole journey in getting my TV repaired. From the initial report through to the repair visit I have been delighted. Great communication, professional service and a successful repair. Although I hope not to need this service again, if I do, I’ll be back like a shot.

Hayden texted me with a time window which meant I could leave work and be at home for when he arrived. Hayden arrived on time and I explained to him with the issue was with my washing machine. He explained to me what it could be and luckily enough he had a spare part.After he fixed the machine he put it back in the position it was and explained what he had done to fix it. This was a stress free visit and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend these guys

Today Matthew came to fix my cooker, he arrived when he said he would, he fixed my cooker within minutes and was such a wonderful and polite man. Deserves a medal for putting up with my dogs also.

The pickup and delivery was very easy, Scott gave me plenty of notice. He was very careful with my microwave and placed it where it needed to go on its return. He explained what had been replaced, which included a bulb which was just out of warranty but they kindly replaced that too. I would be very happy to use them again should I need to.
