Asked to have my Ipad Pro 9.7 repaired given a cracked screen and what I initially got back was a botched up job where the top end of the screen was not functioning. Credit to them, they asked for a second chance and they delivered an excellent job the second time round hence moving from 1 to 4 stars.

My iPad screen cracked when it fell off the kitchen worktop. Although it still worked the crack was getting bigger and small pieces of glass could be felt on my fingers.
After contacting Apple for a quote on fixing this, I was not given a definitive answer. Repairly was easy to navigate and once I identified my problem, my iPad was collected and returned within the timescale indicated. It was also returned with a film cover over the screen which I haven’t removed.
Does what it says on the tin, definitely recommend them!

I booked online at around 9pm to have the phone collected the following morning. It was repaired and the battery fully replaced within a few hours, and returned within the working day. They also offered very quick response by email and even follow-up support. I would definitely use them again.

So after my last 2 reviews which wasnt good at all repairley have finnaly redeemed themselves💪🏻 Was promised by tom that my pad could get repaired and returned the same day so today 9th jan 2018 my pad was collected at 9.00am by 11am my pad was returned and its like brand new😅 screen is replaced and sealed firmly in place home button is fresh and working perfectly and the whole device is running smoother than ever 😉 a simple case of third time lucky, was told the problems before were due to a rogue engineer which repairley are not going to use again , im so happy for repairley that i can write this nice review so thanks guys for restoring my trust in you and returning my pad like brand new much appreciated and all the best for the future 🙏🏻😄😄😁😄😁😄😁😄😁😄😄😃😄😄😃

Excellent service - booked late one night and tablet collected the next morning and returned five hours later. Its my son's ipad and he is very pleased - went to school in the morning and got home to new glass! Now to teach him not to leave it wide open where he or someone else is going to to tread on it!

I booked and paid for a repair on 31st December and booked a slot on 01 Jan via Repairly’s own online system. That evening I was told it was a mistake and I should not have been allowed to book a repair on NY day. I had to have the repair on 2 Jan instead, but the courier turned up at my house at a time I hadn’t picked and it just happened to be chance that I was home. Given the whole idea of the service is for busy people needing a quick turnaround I felt like this wasn’t good enough.

That said ; the repair itself was done in 8 hours and seems to be fine.

Unreal! Super speedy pick up & delivery within 2 hours. My screen was completely destroyed even on the button and it looks like a new phone now. Beyond happy with the service. Prompt, professional, perfect. I'll be recommending Repairly to all my friends. Catch ya later 🤠

Turned around within a few hours which was great, though they did try and pick up/ drop off my phone from another address for some unknown reason

I thought these guys were excellent. I had a badly smashed phone screen. They arrived on time and delivered the phone back to me in under two hours. Money well spent. Really good value. Luckily, my son has just smashed his phone too so I'll be getting it repaired through Repairly.
