Perfect service from A to Z
Perfect service from A to Z. Broke my screen at 1pm, found Repaily Mobile at 2pm they came picked up the phone at 2H45 and dropped the phone back at 4pm couldnt hope for a better service. They are very quick and responsive. Highly recommend this company if your phone have issues. Thanks a million guys. x

Quick, reliable, convenient, friendly service. This is definitely the way forward!! On-line booking makes it easy and there was super quick response to my email enquiries, which is unusual for on-line services, so you knew there was a human being close at hand at the other end.

Brilliant service!
They collected the iPad between 12pm and 1pm as they said they would and returned it the same day at about 4pm. The repair (screen replacement) looks perfect. They are also the most responsive company I have ever dealt with. They keep you informed of where your iPad is in the process. The price was not cheap but it was reasonable and represented value for money and a lot cheaper than Apple. I would definitely recommend them to friends and contacts.

Visiting London for the weekend
Visiting London for the weekend and my 11 year old daughter brakes the glass of her iPhone. Found Repairly on the internet, booked repair, telephone was picked up in the morning at 9 and returned by 2 pm all fixed. We were updated on every step during the day. Great service, cheap and good quality. Wonderfull experience!

Extremely disappointing customer service and terrible end result.
Pick up time was delayed by an hour, not a problem,changed my plans to suit. Then didn’t hear from anyone all day until 5.45pm got an email saying they were working on iPad. Then got an email at 6.43 saying my iPad was ready, it could be delivered the next day if that made things easier for me. I emailed back at 6.58 saying I needed it that night - only 15 mins after being told it was ready and I was told I missed my chance. Expressed my disappointment, no word of apology. Very rude. iPad is now very difficult to use, very insensitive to touch-absolutely zero sensitivity in the top left corner, have to change screen orientation if I want to select anything in that area of the screen. Would not recommend.

Re. the touch insensitivity, we would like to bring this in to take a look if that is possible? This will enable our engineers to identify the issue and action a Warranty re-repair.

The third time I have used them
The third time I have used them. Picked up my phone at 11, had it back in my hand at 2.30. Quicker than my insurance for about the same price as the excess. Incredibly good service, great people doing great things. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service
Great customer service, very good at keeping me in the loop about the repair progress. Sadly for me it worked out cheaper and quicker to get a new upgrade than getting it repaired. Would definitely recommend them for quicker fixes like broken screens
