I'll give it two stars because I actually did receive the magnetic insoles that I ordered but it took more than 6 weeks to get the product. I have also received a follow up email from PayPal with shipping information clearly showing that the product comes from China. They should be a little more up front about where the products are coming from and just how long a customer will have to wait to get said product.

Resilient Media Pte. Ltd. on Facebook AKA Pears and Peaches

Resilient Media Pte. Ltd is located in China and they use a company called Pears and Peaches as their distributor, 2 important facts that are not disclosed on Facebook. The shipping method, expected delivery time frame ( months) and cancellation or return policy also not disclosed on the link when ordering a product on Facebook. I ordered a pair of Magnetic Reflex insoles on 5/19/2019 I received a email from Pears and Peached on 5/24/2019 that disclosed the shipping time frame. The delivery time frame is not acceptable to me so I emailed them to cancel my order, emailed both companies and only recieved a response from Pears and Peaches. At this time they disclosed their cancellation policy being witin the first 24 hours of ordering and would not be refunding my money for a product that is going to be delivered some time in June to a address I will not have access to after 5/31/2019. Pears and Peaches does not have phone number or physical address on their website so you are forced to communicate with them via email only, BUYER BEWARE! I am disputing the charges with PayPal and requesting a full refund.

Scam

I ordered something from them through Instagram. A month later I contacted Paypal and issued a claim. Four days after Paypal contacted them they said they mailed it. Still don’t have it. Scam.

UN-ACCEPTABLE

UN-ACCEPTABLE! Order product, received tracking # but never received a "shipped" notification OR the delivery service used. Entered the tracking # in USPS, UPS and nada...reached out to sellers email, on 3/09 and got no response. Reached out to Paypal to let them know this on 3/11 and lo and behold the seller said they shipped on 3/12!!!! . This is the 2nd time I have had this happen ( not sure if last was with same company) and all I have to to say is THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL. Companies like this prey on people hoping they will forget their orders so they never have to fulfill them. If this product is from China, it's going straight in the garbage as it is a skin product.

Total rip off!

Total rip off!! This company sells the ice scrapers you see on social media sites like Facebook and Instagram. They sell them for over $10, I bought several as gifts. They are literally funnels that you can buy for .79 cents at Walmart. Such a piece of crap.
