Still waiting for the products...No information whatsoever on delivery..there was no tracking option.....I appreciated a telephone call from the company explaining the reason for the delay and that the lack of tracking was being addressed.

As per our phone discussion your order has been delivered on time. The order was only placed this Sunday and as with all weekend orders they are processed on the Monday. Your order was dispatched by us next day ie Monday & even with a dpd 1 day delay has been delivered today as stipulated which is within business 3 days. If you had any queries regarding delivery we would have been happy to have answered any emails or simply just give us a call & we would have updated if needed.
Most of our orders placed during the week days are delivered next day as standard even though our standard delivery states 1-3 days. We aim to provide the best service even in testing times & are proud by the fact that over 90% of our orders are arriving next day.

I posted an unfavourable review which was in fact meant for another company. I have deleted that and apologise to Respiratorshop whose response to my misdirected frustration was both business-like and reasonable. Indeed, their response will prompt me to do business with this company rather than the one who angered me. Thus my review is not of their product this time but of their professionalism.
